Ibis La Baule Pornichet is a guarantee option, very well located close to the beach and from one of the main streets in Pornichet. The staff makes your stay very pleasant. Rooms are clean and very comfortable, and don´t miss the restaurant, the food is excellent.

Everything was as advertised on the web page so I’m satisfied. Staff OK, Room OK (no amenities tough), Breakfast OK (could have been more salty options and maybe some pancakes, Nutella, freshly squeezed orange juice, café latte etc.)

The hotel is located on the sea front. The underground car park can accommodate only approximately 17 cars with additional public car park a front of the hotel for another 15 cars. The room was clean with comfortable bed. The menu in the hotel restaurant ONLY in French.

This is my second stay at this hotel. I stayed here 5 years ago. The hotel has undergone major renovations and is very comfortable and convenient too the beach. Restaurant and bar are very good and food very tasty. The health spa is very relaxing and a pleasant atmosphere. As Pornichet doesn’t have many hotels, the Ibis is the best.

We were staying at the hotel during the recent heatwave but the air conditioning meant this was not a problem . The comfortable bed ensured a good night's sleep. The choice of breakfast was excellent and good value . We have stayed here often in the past and hope to do so in the future.

Cher Monsieur V., Permettez moi -avant toute chose- au nom de l'ensemble de l'équipe de vous remercier de votre fidélité à l'égard de notre établissement. Suite à vos différents échanges par mail avec Sylvie, je ne suis pas surpris de la note que vous accordez au service restauration. Je reconnais que la façon de procéder au bar était non seulement irrespectueuse mais totalement déplacée. Une mise au point a été faite avec notre responsable restauration afin que ce genre de pratique ne se reproduise plus. Je vous prie de bien vouloir accepter toutes mes excuses pour cette maladresse. J'espère que vous ne nous en tiendrez pas rigueur et que nous aurons le plaisir de vous revoir, lors de votre prochain passage en Baie de La Baule. En attendant, je vous souhaite un très bel été. Everything - from the friendly welcome to the excellent restaurant and wines by the glass - was dynamic, positive, and warm. The hotel has secure parking and is ideally placed just over from a wonderful sandy beach. One thing: we had trouble finding the hotel entrance when we first arrived.

A good hotel, close to the long sandy beach. Comfortable, friendly staff and good service. Good food for lunch and breakfast (didn't have evening meals but the menu choice looked good). English spoken by most staff. This is my second visit and I intend to return again next year.

Very happy with friendly and efficient service. Excellent location close to beach, well connected road wise and plenty of parking. Very comfortable and clean rooms. Food very good and service prompt and all staff fantastic with our 4 year old grandson, engaging with him in a friendly way. Excellent stay, we will be back.
