Dear customers, Thank you for taking the time to complete our guest satisfaction survey. We are delighted to hear that you enjoyed our location, just a short walk from the beach, as well as the comfort and cleanliness of your room. Regarding the sea view, we would like to mention that none of our rooms overlook the sea. Our hotel is located behind a residential building, at the end of the square. Your kind words about our team mean a great deal to us and will be shared with all our staff. Thank you as well for taking the time to share your dining experience. We are sorry that the garlic seasoning in your mussels was too strong for your taste and that the overall quality of the restaurant did not fully meet your expectations. Chère Paula, Merci d'avoir pris le temps de répondre à l'enquête de satisfaction, à l'issue de votre dernier séjour à l'Ibis de Pornichet. Vous avez pris le temps de nous énoncer les différents ingrédients d'un séjour parfaitement réussi ... avec une mention spéciale pour Jérémy - et nous vous en remercions. Nous avons pris note de votre remarque concernant la prestation restauration qui n'était pas à la hauteur de votre attente...ce que nous déplorons très sincèrement. Une mise au point a été faite avec notre maitre d'hôtel afin de revoir la formation de nos nouvelles recrues, et enforcer notre vigilance afin de garantir à l'ensemble de nos clients une expérience de qualité. Bien évidemment, nous retenons votre envie de revenir nous voir...c'est sans aucun doute la plus belle des récompenses pour l'ensemble de notre équipe :) Alors à très vite pour la prochaine parenthèse iodée ! Dear customers, Thank you for choosing Ibis Hotel for your stay in Pornichet, and for taking time to share your experience. We are delighted to read that you and your "happyy dog" (as said your husband) enjoyed your stay, especially the spacious room, the balcony, the comfort of the bedding, and the room amenities. However, we are sorry for the misunderstanding regarding the water served at the bar. Following your explanation at check-out, we immediately removed the €5 charge from your bill, as our intention is always to ensure our guests leave fully satisfied. We also appreciate your suggestion regarding the availability of complimentary drinking water and will take it into consideration. Thank you once again for your feedback.
