Our company had made reservations for five single rooms for two nights. On the arrival, however, the receptionists told us that there only was one single room reserved. Afterwards, our travels agency RMC informed that the problem was on the hotel IBIS's side, but this was never admitted by IBIS.

Please accept our apologies for this situation, which does not reflect the level of service we aim to provide. The absence of fridge and kettle are not convenient.
