music too loud and playlist makes brain explode early in the morning no cash payment for rooms (very) (beginner) staff training with guinea pig customer. That was the most difficult water ordering and serving I had in my life. I had to ask for someone to open the bottle afterwards... I was mostly uncomfortable for the trainee...

Our company had made reservations for five single rooms for two nights. On the arrival, however, the receptionists told us that there only was one single room reserved. Afterwards, our travels agency RMC informed that the problem was on the hotel IBIS's side, but this was never admitted by IBIS.
