Personally, I expected more experienced staff during check in. The woman at reception was totally disconnected and careless . The guy at the reception was much better. He told me that there will be no lunch box as i was leaving. It was not a professional welcome to a guest.

Die zentrale Lage zur Altstadt hat uns gut gefallen. Auch war das Zimmer zum Innenhof sehr ruhig, so dass man bei geöffneten Fenster ohne Störung schlafen konnte. Das öffentliche Parkhaus mit Liftzugang zum Hotel war auch nicht überteuert. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden!
