Good location, friendly staff, but noisy room

The reception and checkin experience was excellent despite discrepancies in the booking. The room was comfortable and sufficiently equipped. However: the aircon was extremely noisy and there was water draining onto metal in front of our window which was very loud. The shampoo in the shower was empty, too. All things that could be a one of and me just unlucky. Breakfast was great, the croissants still warm and coffee excellent. Will give it another chance next time.

We booked a baby crib for our stay, but we were given a second double bed, which was disappointing. However, reception staff fixed the problem quickly and crib was in our room an hour later. Our baby was sick on his bed sheets in the early evening, reception (I believe her name was Antoinelle) were amazing and helped us with new bed sheets immediately. Thank you for your prompt help.
