Salve signor B., Ci dispiace molto che la sua camera non abbia l'aria condizionata, ma la descrizione della camera indica chiaramente quali sono le categorie di camere dotate di aria condizionata. Questo aiuta solo a scegliere la categoria di camera giusta. Purtroppo non siamo riusciti a trovare un socio Platinum all'indirizzo e-mail che ci ha fornito. Ma anche se lo fosse, in quanto membro Platinum saprà sicuramente che i vantaggi e i punti vengono concessi solo quando si prenota direttamente tramite i nostri siti web o quando si prenota direttamente in hotel.
