Wifi was working only 1 day out of 3 and even that not all the time. Other point I turn on AC, but cleaning staff turns that off. Only way how to have a good temperature in the room is to put "Do not disturb" on the door at the morning.

Ive always stayed with you and I wanted to thank personally your staff its increadibly friendly and customer service orientated. My suggestion will be to have fridges in all rooms and also to have water avaible for ecological reasons I need to buy water everytime Im there, and if we could have a machine like the one in the breakfast area, that will be amazing and eco friendly

I was booked for 2 rooms and in the reception on arrival I was informed that there was a system mistake and that it would be corrected. When checking out I this was not fixed and I was charged for the 2 rooms. I will do what ever I can to avoid booking this hotel in my next visits in Bad Oeyenhausen.
