36 gradi e no aria condizionata, ho dormito con le finestre aperte ..... un treno ogni ora .. Sono un membro platinum ALL e nn mi sono stati accreditati punti per il soggiorno ed altri benefit

Salve signor B., Ci dispiace molto che la sua camera non abbia l'aria condizionata, ma la descrizione della camera indica chiaramente quali sono le categorie di camere dotate di aria condizionata. Questo aiuta solo a scegliere la categoria di camera giusta. Purtroppo non siamo riusciti a trovare un socio Platinum all'indirizzo e-mail che ci ha fornito. Ma anche se lo fosse, in quanto membro Platinum saprà sicuramente che i vantaggi e i punti vengono concessi solo quando si prenota direttamente tramite i nostri siti web o quando si prenota direttamente in hotel. Sehr saubere Zimmer sowie nettes Personal.Die Preise für das Parkhaus sind allerdings eine Frechheit und völlig überteuert.

Wir verstehen, dass die Parkhauspreise nicht ganz ohne sind, und nehmen dein Feedback dazu gerne zur Kenntnis aber es steht euch ja auch frei unserer Parkplätze zu nutzen oder nach Alternativen zu schauen. Angenehmes Zimmer, sehr freundliches Personal, tolles Frühstück mit viel Liebe zubereitet, toller Raum, tolles Frühstückspersonal, es ist an alles gedacht. Leider konnte ich nur einmal frühstücken, da nur 1 Nacht! ;-)
