Our employee has politely informed you that the consumption of own brought food and drinks in public areas of the hotel is not permitted. This rule applies to all guests to ensure a pleasant and consistent experience at the hotel. During the conversation, misunderstandings arose and we regret that the situation became louder. However, we assure you that our team always acts professionally and respectfully and no one was threatened in any way. Our aim is to provide all guests with a pleasant and comfortable stay. Very happy with the IBIS brand.. accommodation very good. Asked for extra items for the room which were available and appreciated. Majority of staff extremely helpful and cheerful. Would definitely recommend and will be staying again. The only issue on arrival was locating the access to the parking(beyond IBIS control) but informing customers prior to arrival where the access is would be helpful.
