I stayed in room 1102, which was very clean and equipped with A/C, towels, and a small soap. The concept of the facilities is to provide a basic, low-cost experience that is surprisingly good. However, it was clear that the facilities desperately need renovation. Sleeping was nearly impossible due to loud noise from the ventilation system. I believe the noise started whenever the A/C was turned on in adjacent rooms. I recorded the noise in case someone wants to review it. The noise was very loud throughout the day, making my stay quite uncomfortable. On the positive side, the reception service was excellent, the breakfast at the kitchen exceeded expectations, and the staff was friendly and polite. The food menu was diverse, with many fresh options.
