Personnel/staff attention was outstanding. The room needs some maintenance, especially in the bathroom, as the sewage smell was very, very strong,. The sound and vibration of the air conditioning heat exchanger located on the balcony was annoyingly loud, and it's definitely not a good idea to install such equipment belonging to some other room in the same location, as one cannot control when it starts or when it's off.

Breakfast quality is fine, but the area is consistently overcrowded and basic items (coffee, eggs, bread) run out. I requested a Nota Fiscal to be emailed; I am still waiting and would appreciate receiving it today. I asked to have it issued immediately and was willing to wait, but the staff member was unable to complete it. The hotel has an old, simple feel. The windows provide poor sound insulation, and the bathroom ventilator emits a constant cricket-like noise.

A experiência não foi totalmente positiva porque o ar condicionado do quarto não permitia ser regulado, o botão ligar/desligar estava em um interruptor na cabeceira da cama. Equipamento parecia antigo e sem manutenção.
