Thank you for a great stay. Check-in was very smooth. Some areas of improvement can include, printing an invoice at check-out. When traveling for work, we have to complete expense reports, and this printout helps a lot. Also, there was a baby cockroach in my bathroom, and the cold shower handle was broken.

It was disappointing that there was no tea/coffee facilities in the room. Other than that (and nearby barking dogs), I enjoyed the stay. The gym and pool were good to use, and a taxi rank right outside was a bonus. A guide to some local amenities would have been useful.

Fomos direcionados para um quarto PCD, sabíamos das limitações deste espaço, mas não estava limpo, com sinais de que não tinham feito a limpeza antes de entrarmos no quarto. cobertores, lençois, fronhas com cheiro de mofo e o quarto, no geral com cheiro muito ruim. Informamos que estávamos com nossos filhos e só ficamos sabendo que eles ficariam em andar diferente do nosso após o pagamento da hospedagem.
