Thank you for a great stay. Check-in was very smooth. Some areas of improvement can include, printing an invoice at check-out. When traveling for work, we have to complete expense reports, and this printout helps a lot. Also, there was a baby cockroach in my bathroom, and the cold shower handle was broken.

Restaurant staff is very friendly. Some front desk associates need to display a more welcoming attitude. Also, checkout issues due to room mini bar items I did not consume.
