We need to wait a long time to enter inside the bedroom. The lock was a problem. There was a problem in the system and card that maked no possible to go inside immediately after arrive there. All things was inside the bedroom locked. Our problem was solved just 1 hour after noticed.

Ibis Rio Vermelho is very well located and has a good price. However the bathroom of my apartment had a bad smell and was not very well conserved.

The hotel was extremely clean and the staff was amazing. They speak English as well as Portuguese which is rare in Salvador, even in major stores, etc. The front desk woman was so courteous and she even said my Portuguese was "otimo" even though I know I was butchering the language. Highly recommend this hotel. You literally walk out the main doors and your steps away from a beautiful beach. The room was perfect. Loved my stay.

Although I had previously stayed in this hotel, I think you have to check to maintain the furnitureon the room (672 or in others too) where it looks worn. I believe you are already engaged in this task. But overall the service from the staff is very welcoming.

Reception very bad people thick if social traquejo. It actually did not change anything the last time I was there. Being a Clitor of the ACCOR does not mean anything the Vouche of drinks turned glass of water. This I buy, in fact would be obligatory guase offer for free, without cost. Too bad..

Excuse me, I do not know English. the standard of the hotel is equal to the other ibis I used, the service was very good. but the details are against The hotel does not have a good view, the hassle with the taxi to the airport is wrong, nobody asked if everything was right with the room, they had problem with exhaust fan, tv and wi-fi. it is possible to improve
