Hotel bem localizado, com excelente vista; porém velho, elevadores ruins, roupas de cama e toalhas manchadas e furadas, banheiro precisando de manutenção, com box que não fecha, privada vazando água. Cama e travesseiros não eram bonitos e nem confortáveis! Televisão com problema. Me trocaram de quarto, mas continuei com alguns problemas de infraestrutura. Não oferecem serviço se quarto! Minha estadia não foi satisfatória.

I really enjoy staying at Ibis hotel in Salvador because it has a very good location, it is always clean and very comfortable. However, I've been a regular client since almost 10 years and every time I go, I have to stay standing for about 15 minutes as they ask for personal data as if I had never been there before, which is a very frustrating experience, especially when I arrive tired from my trip. I complained about it and have been told that it is because I was booking with the Booking app but I don't think it is a good reason, I think that Ibis should value their best customers no matter how they booked their accommodation. I think this is something that should change. I like using Booking because the booking process is very quick and I get discounts since I use it quite a lot. I am not the complaining type, I am always respectful of the staff so I am not exaggerating here, it is a real problem that the hotel should address in my opinion.
