The room was absolutely perfect, everything beautiful and functional. The bed was very comfortable, the kitchen had a fridge, a little dining area, everything needed for cooking (plates, utensils etc.). The bathroom was spacious and elegant. I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely visit again.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location worked very well for our stay. However, the use of single duvets was not ideal, especially considering that we were traveling with children. The food in the restaurant, both at dinner and breakfast, was adequate and served its purpose, but it did not offer anything beyond the basics. Tallin has a lot of very good hotels and this hotel does not stand out in that competition.

As a gold Accor Member I really appreciated the upgraded room and early access to the room. I think you have restored my faith in Accor. The hotel itself is lovely and well located to access the ferry terminal and to walk to the old town. It's only a 15 minute drive from the bus station as well. The bed was a little firm for me but my husband liked it. The gym is a little small but the bar and breakfast areas are spacious.

A nice stay at a beautiful new hotel near the old town. The deluxe room had a nice view to the old town, there was a busy street near but the soundproofing was good,we didn’t hear the traffic. The deluxe room was spacious with a separate bedroom, with plenty wardrobes, had slippers and bathrobe for two.The breakfast had quite many choice and the strawberry cake was delicious. The breakfast wasn’t the best I have had but not poor either.Ok plus. The gym was small but sufficient.I would choose this hotel again, It was nice and the staff was too.

Mary M. Couples - Confirmed reviews ALL

Beautifully designed, comfortable apartment. We never heard any noise from others in the hotel or from the busy street. There was a terrace, too, which was great as the sun went down. It was a short walk to the Helsinki ferry for an early morning trip. And it’s an easy walk to the old town sights. We actually used the kitchen to cook a few meals and found everything we needed for basic dishes. Spacious bathroom. My spouse was thrilled with the big shower and the design details. Very comfortable bed. Television in sitting area was large but went out intermittently. And the Heating and Air Conditioning unit in the bedroom wouldn’t work. Fortunately there was a working television in the bedroom and the A/C in the sitting area had to work for the bedroom too. Reported both problems to the front desk more than once, to no avail. Great property, and we would definitely stay again.

Dear Mary M., Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback regarding your recent stay at Novotel Tallinn. We are delighted to hear that you enjoyed the beautiful design and comfort of your one-bedroom apartment, as well as our prime location that facilitates easy access to local attractions and the ferry. We appreciate your kind words about the spacious bathroom and the comfortable bed. However, we sincerely apologize for the issues you encountered with the television and the heating and air conditioning unit. We understand that these inconveniences can impact your overall experience, and we appreciate your patience in reporting them to our front desk. We are grateful for your willingness to return and look forward to welcoming you back to Novotel Tallinn in the future. Best regards, Novotel Tallinn

Nicely decorated, I liked my room a lot. Nice view and bed was good. Room was quiet. Breakfast could have been better. Movie room is next to the restaurant. There were kids playing very loudly in the movieroom in the evening, screaming and running between the restaurant tables which was very unpleasant.

Dear Emmi T., Thank you for your kind words about our hotel’s beauty and cleanliness. We are pleased to hear that you enjoyed your room and the peaceful atmosphere it provided. However, we apologize for any disturbances caused by other guests in the movie room. We appreciate your feedback regarding breakfast, and we will consider your input as we strive to enhance our offerings. Best regards, Novotel Tallinn
