Very well located hotel. 15 minutes walk from the main square. Dampoort station a few minutes walk away. Great breakfast. Only downside was the noise from traffic. Some racing up and down until the early hours. Take early plugs

The room was really good, with smart tv and kitchen. Was really close to the train and bus station but also close to the center on foot. Would book again!

The hotel exceeded my expectations. It had the best of both worlds, offering a self-catering studio apartment inside a great hotel. The atmosphere was lively downstairs in the communal areas but quiet in the rooms, with good soundproofing.

water pipes had problem. so we couldn't use toilet for an hour. the climate control system in our room was not working, and there was not a telephone in our room, so we have to call reception with our mobile and ask them to change our room temperature everyday and sometimes the forgot to do that and also we have not Netflix in our television at all. "sustainable development" DO NOT mean to not give any towel to your guest or to not service their room !!

The breakfast was good, but one day my shower didn't have any hot water in the morning. During winter, this is not ideal. The location is convenient—about 15-20 minutes from the city center. While the room was okay, the issue with the water was disappointing.
