Its in close proximity to the harbor and other important locations making it perfect for both leisure and business trips. The smart and practical apartments for two to four people each have a kitchen, bathroom and free WIFI. The aparthotel also offers a whole range of services, such as breakfast, a fitness room, laundry room and underground car park.

Due to its ideal location in Gent just outside the low emission zone and our private paying indoor car park, our hotel is easy accessible by car/ foot/bicycle or public transport. The nearest train station is only 5 minutes walk!

The historical City Centre of Ghent is within 700m from our hotel. Come and explore Ghent's city highlights such as the Saint Bavo's Cathedral, the MIAT museum or other highlights. After exploring the city, enjoy free WiFi and our comfortable rooms.

We have our own public underground parking. On busy days it may be full, but there are alternatives nearby. On-street (Koopvaardijlaan): paid Mon-Sat, 9am-7pm at E2.20/hour. Free on Sundays and public holidays. The NMBS parking at Gent-Dampoort station is just steps from the hotel, open 24/7, at E2.19/hour or E21.90/day. Staying longer? P+R Lübeck is 20 minutes on foot and free of charge.

It is a well located hotel and has enough to offer. Only thing I missed is that de window couldn't open more. With this warm weather I would have liked to open the window more to get more fresh air into the room. Also the parking lot was a maze. I parked B-2 but when I check-out, went to -2 I couldn't find b-2. When I went up to -1 then I saw a sign that pointed to b-2 and used the staircase. So the sinage inside the parking lot can be improved. Same goes for the exit signs to the hotel inside the parking. At the first time I was very confused becuase I had a room in Adagio Access, not inside IBIS. But the only exit sign I found was for IBIS. So I just went with it and assumed I had to walk to the correct hotel. It would be nice if the signs inside the parking lot also have the lgo of the Adagio Acces hotel.

The only reason we marked down was the fact that we had driven from Italy that morning, arrived fairly late after a 13 hour journey to be told upon checking in that the car park (which we used on way to holiday two weeks prior) was full. And they couldnt provide us with any space. There was 5 of us with luggage and we had to find a space on the street about half a mile away from the hotel. There was a festival on in the town and this was the reason for the lack of car parking which in itself is fine but I feel that this should have been mentioned when booking considering the hotel states on site parking for guests.

Overall, the stay wasn't great. Although the check-in and check-out process went smoothly and the staff were friendly, the room had a strong smell of cooked food. We opened the window as soon as we arrived, but the odor lingered throughout our stay. On top of that, the bed sheets had a damp, musty smell, which made us question the cleanliness of the room. Unfortunately, based on our experience, I wouldn't recommend this hotel.
