Hotel is in a perfect location next to the cathedral and most amenities, staff was very helpful , comfortable rooms , breakfast was very good .

What an awesome time we had. The location is definitely the main attraction, with walk right into the Xmas Market from the hotel. First night was in the standard room, no problem with it if you just need a bed, but would recommend upgrading like us if you plan to stay longer. We have upgraded to the premium room for Xmas and it made a huge difference to our experience. Thanks to the friendly people. For those traveling with a car, keep in mind that you must pre register your vehicle or else face a potential penalty of up to €150 if you drive directly to the hotel. They do offer parking at an additional fee. We made used of public parking a few km from there and used the tram to get to the hotel. No problems with a max 5 min walk. They will see us again!

...ten metres from the Xmas Market, that was our main reason to visit Gent, and five minutes walk from Graslei/Korenlei. The hotel is in good shape with quite small rooms (not more than two persons) but with really friendly staff and a really good breakfast
