Having stayed on several occasions, we enjoyed our stay again. It is a well located hotel, especially well placed for the christmas markets. Staff are friendly, helpful and polite and the rooms, though basic are clean and comfortable. The bathrooms have a good shower.

Friendly staff, decent food/drinks and breakfast. Room was a little small. Face towel would have been nice too. But all is good. Great location also.

Well located - although very noisy.

The receptionist was beyond rude. She denied we had booked parking - and said we should have received an email confirming this. Without knowing that in advance - how could I have followed it up? She was also very abrupt when we left - no "Have a safe journey" or "We hope you've enjoyed staying with us." In fact, no polite comments at all. The hotel is brilliantly situated in the centre of town - but the Christmas market went on until past midnight, the first tram started at 5am and the street cleaners arrived at 6am so don't expect a good night's sleep.

We found the hotel to be excellent. The staff were most helpful in giving us details of the area , recommending local restaurants and ordering taxis. The room was clean and tidy and the bed was one of the most comfortable we have experienced. And in the winter weather it was delightful to return to the warmth after visiting the sights in very quick time
