Great location. Very helpful hotel team. Car park interesting to get into (very narrow entrance). Nice large room, but very small bathroom - needs additional grab handles to better enable getting into/out of bath/shower.

Our room was minimalistic. The chairs provided were hard plastic and not at all comfortable, rather like those you'd find in a cafeteria-type setting. The design and layout of the room was not at all warm or welcoming, but strictly functional. We were "upgraded" to a premium room on the 1st floor which overlooked the Cathedral and the square. We heard all the noise from the people walking and buskers outside our window so close to the ground. If we were to return to Gent, we will look for accommodation elsewhere.
