Hotel is well located right in the heart of Gent. Staff is friendly. Breakfast is not as good as Ibis opera in Gent. There you have more choices better overall value. Room is very nice and clean and bed is comfortable. Noise from rooms next door and above from 10pm until 2am was really loud and annoying. I know the hotel cannot help this but it is due to the lack of respect from other customers. Make sue to ask for a room not next to an elevator and away from the staircase Overall good stay
