The hotel is situated in the pedestrian zone right across from the cathedral. The room we were given was large and spacious with a wonderful view of the belfry tower. The breakfast was great with scrambled eggs, sausage, sliced meats, cheeses, assorted breads and condiments. Migena, at the bar, was friendly and efficient. I would definitely stay here again!

Small spaced bathroom, especially the placement of the toilet is not good, especially not for a tall person. The colours in the room and bathroom were very boring/dull, need to be refreshed. No mat in the bathroom available.

Location is perfect. Hotel is newly renovated but experience is poor because of: - bad smell in all rooms - noisy heat/aircon - staff not very kind - scarce choice for breakfast with very low quality products

Noisy room

First night, my room was underneeth some moisy appliance (512). I had a bad night of sleep. Could not be relocated as hotel was fully booked. Next night was better. Dood get a free breakfast, however the remission on taxes did not happen. Niether was there a responce on my request for a free breakfast the second day.. Forgot my laptop charger and was supposed to be notified about it on the monday after my stay. Did not speak to anyone yet about the charger.

Comfortable and efficient but €122 for one night with no breakfast is way too expensive. Don't talk about the location: Ghent has such a good transport system that anywhere is a good location.

Nice and clean rooms. The cleaning lady was super friendly and nice, as well as the other stuff. The guys in our company found the toilet a little small, but everything was great. Nice waffle maker at breakfast! Only sometimes really busy at breakfast.

Made a reservation for 2 persons through the company website. When we arrived they told us that they had upgraded our rooms, but we realized that in the room the amenities (coffee, towels, etc) were only for one person. Also, when we asked for a wine opener from the hotel staff in the bar, they were very rude and treated us as criminals that would steal it. They even suggested that we went to a bar across the street to ask for one.

clean, tidy. Room too hot as aircon cannot be lowered in temp, it just kept resetting itself. Maid never replaced coffee cups after 1st night. what am i supposed to drink out of?
