No place to park van, no invoice

There was no place to park my van. However, I had inquired in advance if there would be space so I would not have to leave it on strat. On arrival, it soon became clear that the covered car park was too low and when I asked at the counter it turned out that street parking was the only option On leaving the hotel, they also could not print me an invoice (indicating my VAT number)

Hotel all good, reception staff could have been a little more enthusiastic. We walked into reception around midnight and the guy looked up, said hello, then continued to count some money. Obviously busy, but could have at least said, could you give me a few minutes. I was at the point of breaking the silence about 5 mins later when he then asked for my name to give us the room key.

Numerous attempts were made to have a copy provided both in person and via email but these were either denied or unanswered.

Basic, but clean room.

No food, no refund

Ordered food via qr code on table. Waited 45 minutes and when I asked about my food I was told that they had a problem with their system. Didn't receive my food and didn't get a refund There was never anyone at reception or the bar. Waited 20 minutes to check in. Not impressed 😕
