We are pleased to hear that your experience was generally in line with what you would expect from an ibis hotel and that you appreciated the large number of parking spaces available in our underground garage. We also appreciate your positive feedback regarding our team and the check-in and check-out experience. We are sorry, however, that the overall condition of some of the hotel, particularly the corridors, carpets and access from the garage, did not meet your expectations. We understand that these areas have an important impact on the first impression of our hotel. That said, we understand how disappointing it must have been to experience discomfort in your accommodation, and we sincerely regret that the climate control system did not provide the comfort you were seeking. Our chiller device sends cooled air to all rooms, though we recognize this may not have delivered the cooling experience you required. We take your concerns about the external environment and room assignment to heart, as guest comfort remains our priority.
