Very disappointing in every way! Staff not very helpful..more rude. Not a good selection of food on menu and was told every day because of staff shortages! Food and drink menu was expensive too! Breakfast was basic..no water dispenser anywhere. No coffee or tea available for free in the evening. Bedroom had no 2 pin socket to charge devices. The lifts not working properly..when you press 0 for ground floor, you lift kept going to 2nd floor. Advised staff at check in desk but they were not bothered! Very poor and shocking experience! I would like a full refund and will not be returning to this hotel again! The carpet on the floors looked dirty too.

We would like to clarify a few points regarding our facilities and services: as a 3-star ibis hotel, free coffee and tea in the rooms is not included, but our bar is open 24/7 offering a range of drinks and snacks. Prices for drinks are similar to other bars/restaurants and food is cheaper than in other restaurants in Belgium. Our breakfast is served as a buffet, allowing guests to enjoy as much as they wish, and a water dispenser is available at the juice machine during breakfast. Tap water and hot water for personal tea bags are also available upon request at no charge and at any time. We apologize that you were unable to charge your devices and will investigate this with our technical department. Regarding the elevator, it is regularly maintained; when it stops at the 2nd floor from the 3rd, this is part of its efficiency system to accommodate calls from other floors. Our carpets are professionally cleaned and maintained. Any slight discoloration may be due to cleaning product residue, but we ensure that hygiene standards are upheld in all rooms. We are sorry if any member of our team came across as rude, this does not reflect our standards. We strive to provide a welcoming and friendly environment to every guest. It's a problem to book a room when you don't have a creditcard. But the manager took care of it, as we always book this hotel when my husband needs to go to the hospital in Aalst.

Good Room , good Breakfast . But at the Breakfast is No wather 😢
