Lovely hotel, shame about the parking

Hotel was very nice, convenient for town, staff very helpful. But when you book, it advertises that there is a car park - which is true, but what they don’t mention is that it’s tiny and you have to book it far in advance to get a space. The nearest convenient car park is a 5 minute walk away - that should be made clear on the website.

The building needs refurbishing! The car park was a trap for damaging cars. The towels worn and one had black stains. The room smelled awful. The staff could not explain in English directions to the hotel

The breakfast was not that great and the rooms not clean enough. The mattress not comfortable and old.

Perfect location to visit Gand. Lots of istory and many good restaurants walking distance. Reception staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are large and confortable with a mnce sized bathroom. The hotel has also a small swimming pool and a lot of amenities for children. Value for price
