Excellent location, poor sound insulation

The hotel location is ideal, right at the city center, with public parking facilities nearby. It's quite comfortable and recently renovated. Upon arrival, we left our luggage while the rooms were being prepared. Unfortunately, one of the two rooms was misssing towels and basic amenities. But the real big problem was the noise at night : although our rooms were on the 3rd floor, we heard street noise literally all night (at least until 4.00 am). The windows date from the 80s and are clearly not soundproof. Breakfast was ok, although the room is very impersonal and noisy. The hotel bar was closed undefinitely. Not our best experience with Accor.

Our double-glazed windows are designed to minimize noise, and we offer earplugs for a more serene rest. For future stays, we recommend requesting a room facing our interior courtyard, which tends to be quieter. Regarding the missed towels and amenities, we are sincerely sorry that the service did not meet your expectations. We will follow up on this with our team to ensure that it remains an isolated incident. Additionally, we acknowledge your observation about our bar's closure, and we hope to provide a more complete experience soon. Nonetheless, we are pleased that the overall stay, including your luggage handling and breakfast experience, met your expectations. Our team works diligently to ensure every aspect of our guest's stay is taken care of, from a secure place to store luggage upon arrival to a lavish breakfast selection.
