Great stay! Everything was clean and we appreciated the clever, space-saving design of the rooms -- sofa beds that could fold out for either one or two people, desks that could pivot out for people to sit facing each other (as at a normal table) -- as well as the option to have rooms with connecting doors. Very helpful for a group of six!

Previous guest had cleaned his/her nose on the side of the sofa. For 2 days front desk said 'we'll take care of it' and didn't.

We've had an amazing stay at your hotel, and the personnel is one of the best and the most welcoming we've ever met. From the receptionist to the breakfast crew, without forgetting the cleaning staff, every single person we've encountered from Friday to Sunday was so kind! We'd definitely remember their warmness and will be pleased to come again if we come back to visit the city.

We returned to Gent Novotel to take advantage of the location for the Christmas Market. Manoeuvring in the car park is very tight making parking a challenge, but this is the only draw back. The bar is warm and friendly, there is a good breakfast and the staff warm and friendly
