I am loyal to Accor hotels, but was somewhat disappointed with this property. The staff was not very friendly and provided inaccurate information more than once. I had a room on the executive floor and it was okay but. nothing special. The location is the best feature of this hotel. The fitness room is very small without much equipment. The outdoor pool looked nice.

Our outdoor terrace, complete with an unheated swimming pool, is indeed a space where many of our guests find relaxation and enjoyment. However, we regret that certain aspects of your stay did not fully meet your expectations. Our fitness area is designed to offer a selection of equipment that caters to our guests' workout needs, and we are sorry to hear that it did not satisfy your fitness preferences. We also acknowledge that the information provided to you was not as precise as it should have been, and we deeply apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. We take pride in our attentive and friendly staff, and it is disappointing to learn that we fell short in this area during your visit. The staff were very helpful and friendly and the rooms were bigger than I expected. One issue I had was the lack of soundproofing. I could hear anything that happened in the alley outside the window and down the hall in the hotel.

For further tranquility, earplugs are available, and rooms on higher floors or facing the courtyard are typically quieter. There was nothing we can eat as vegeterian. In all items Egg was there.

We stayed for 5 days and we could not have anything in the breakfast. We have asked the Chef to prepare something vegeterian, they said not poosible.

Our Gourmet Bar currently focuses on local specialties and homemade snacks, yet we understand the importance of catering to a diverse range of dietary needs, including vegetarian options. We genuinely regret any inconvenience this may have caused during your stay. Furthermore, we are concerned to hear about the noise disturbances you experienced. While our hotel rooms are equipped with double glazing and soundproof doors, and we typically recommend rooms overlooking the interior courtyard for a quieter environment, it seems we did not meet your expectations for a peaceful stay. Regarding the breakfast service, we strive to provide a lavish spread with a variety of choices. We acknowledge that during particularly busy periods, there may be a wait for certain amenities such as the coffee machines. We regret any delay this may have caused and appreciate your patience. great location but overall dissatisfied

Positive: great location and great staff. The lobby is really pretty. Negative: overall, the rooms are old, dirty and in a bad shape. The carpets were stained all over the hotel, the sofa in the room was falling apart and the walls were dirty. In my particular case, when I arrived to my room there were some tools and materials forgotten in the toilet and in my colleague's room there was a mouse... The food was quite bad and basic Definitely, the not worth the price. Considering the amazing location and the kind staff, I hope the hotel invest more in the building itself.

Check in absolutely fine. Very glad to find a hotel with a separate sleeping area for children. The room is looking a bit tired but the bathroom was very nice.
