We are pleased that you found the breakfast to be a highlight of your stay, showcasing our commitment to providing a quality start to the day with a lavish spread of bread and local products. Nonetheless, we are sorry to hear about the difficulties you encountered with the room amenities and the inconvenience with the room card key. Please accept our apologies for the oversight regarding the tea replenishment. Furthermore, we understand the importance of having a comfortable and well-lit space, and it\'s regrettable that this was not the case during your stay. While our windows are designed to ensure guest safety and soundproofing, we regret that this impacted the natural light in your room. Additionally, we apologize for the dissatisfaction you felt with the overall appearance and smell of the hotel; this is certainly not the standard we strive to uphold. We are also reviewing the concerns you raised about the room TV and will work to ensure that such issues are promptly addressed in the future. Our team works diligently to ensure that every aspect of our guests\' stay is efficiently managed, from the 24-hour reception to the swift check-in and check-out processes. Nonetheless, we deeply regret that we were not able to provide you with a parking spot despite your request. Our indoor parking is indeed limited to 23 places for 117 rooms, and while we strive to accommodate all requests, occasionally during high-demand periods such as the Ghent festivities, we face overcapacity. We recommend our guests to reserve parking through our website to ensure availability, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you. We hope you managed to take advantage of our central location, just 350 meters from St Bavo’s Cathedral, and that it added value to your business trip. Our city center position is ideal for guests looking to explore the historic sights and enjoy the local culture. We hope we will have the opportunity to see you again in the future. However, we understand that the vibrancy of the city center, while appreciated by many for its convenience, can occasionally present challenges for families seeking tranquility. We\'re sorry to hear that the noise from outside festivities affected your stay. Our hotel does offer rooms that face the interior courtyard, which tend to be quieter, and we also provide earplugs for a more restful night\'s sleep.
