Check in was easy and staff and very courteous and friendly. Rooms were good and bed comfortable. Temperature of our room was very high and uncomfortably hot. We had to sleep with duvet off and couldn’t open the window overnight due to road noise below. Breakfast was fine. Staff throughout the hotel were excellent.

It’s always rewarding to hear guests enjoyed their rooms and found the bedding comfortable. That said, we sincerely regret the discomfort caused by the room temperature. While we offer manual climate controls and additional fans upon request, we understand these options didn’t fully resolve the issue during your family visit. Street noise can indeed be challenging in our central location, and we’re exploring enhanced solutions for future stays. Nonetheless, we’re thrilled you valued our breakfast offerings and recognized Wael’s excellent service. good central location, comfortable but very hot room - very noisy - needs much better window insulation as every sound outside could be heard

It's a nightmare to drive to, thanks to the ancient road pattern, and the car park is very tight, but the staff, hotel and room were all excellent. Fantastic location too - right in the centre of things.
