Dear Christian, Thank you for taking the time to share your review. We are delighted that you enjoyed our well-situated location, the quality of our breakfast, and the ambiance of our bar. It is also heartwarming to hear about your positive interactions with our staff and specifically the commendable service provided by our cleaning lady. However, we are truly sorry to hear about the difficulties you encountered with the door handle and safety box in your room. We understand how these issues can impact the comfort of your stay. We are also aware of your concerns about the facade of our building and we take your comments about the need for modernization seriously. Additionally, we regret that the gluten-free bread did not meet your expectations and that the bar's hours of operation were not to your satisfaction. We acknowledge that not all your requests during online check-in were met, and for this, we sincerely apologize. Nonetheless, we are pleased that you appreciated our commitment to sustainable initiatives, as reflected in our multi-use shampoo and shower gel. Finally, we truly value the recognition you've given to our public areas and your acknowledgment of our friendly and accommodating staff.
