The location was good, facilities were good. Though the room was small it had all required items but the room was dusty and we were unable to sleep due to this.

Unfortunately this hotel did not match expectations. Tiny rooms, poor security, heating issues and an unusable shower. Issues with people banging on doors throughout the night as no key required to access the hallways from outside, shower fluctuating from boiling to freezing, locked heating controls , and having to ask for basics like towels, pillows and toilet roll. Staff did try and help but having to go down to reception each time to resolve ( need to put phones in the rooms) just made all the issues more frustrating. We’ve stayed in Ibis hotels in other countries and had great stays so this one is far below the expectations. Would not recommend to anyone

The hotel is lovely and clean and modern, although I don’t understand why a hotel bar would close at 11pm. Was disappointed we had to change our original double rooms for smaller twins as part of the hotel had no hot water. We had complementary drinks given to us but not from the bar out of the fridge, not really compensation for taking smaller rooms. Staff very friendly.
