Free on Sundays and public holidays. The NMBS parking at Gent-Dampoort station is just steps from the hotel, open 24/7, at E2.19/hour or E21.90/day. Staying longer? P+R Lübeck is 20 minutes on foot and free of charge.

Comfortable stay. I didn't expect the bathtub, which was a nice surprise. Very close to the central train station and walkable to city centre and AFAS dome concert venue. Everything felt very secure and comfortable.

All fine except that we did not get the room we had ordered. We ordered a double bed and received 2 single bets, positioned in an L formation.

When I arrived to check in I was told the twin room I had booked was unavailable this was blamed on the hotel being overbooked, that I had booked to recently and then that I had used a third party website. I find it hard to believe that any of these things where true and it was perhaps I arrived later in the day and the twin rooms had already been allocated to others. The staff at reception were not overly friendly and in my opinion rude. I had booked months in advance via your website my details had been hacked after my booking - I had received numerous emails from you in the build up to my stay mentioning twin room.

The location of the hotel is ideal to explore the city, everything is walkable within 25min range. The rooms (ok are not spacious but we knew that) were clean and quite, and the ventilation/heating was working perfectly fine. However, the beds were a bit too soft for my personal taste (and not helpful for my back pain). :)
