In the mornings, the room air conditioner would switch to the cold setting and wouldn't heat the room. I told reception the first day in the morning and they fixed it at central control, but on the second morning it was back to the cold setting. There were also no shower slippers in the rooms.

This hotel absolutely suited the needs of our small group. It is situated close to the centre of Ghent and we were easily able to walk in and enjoy the local attractions. The rooms were basic but comfortable and very well priced and the public areas were clean and charming. Staff were helpful and efficient. We would be happy to stay here again.

Stayed with you whilst on a short break to Ghent. Three of us (one couple and one single) shared a room, but when we booked we did not realise that one would be sleeping in the closet! So the room, although clean and comfortable was extremely cramped for room.

The room was very comfortable and quiet and the hotel was well set up for a large number of guests including various lounge and meeting areas. The room sockets didn't work so well as the plug adapter fell out of all 3 main ones (and only worked in the TV socket).
