The only reason it's not 10 stars, because there wasn't any kettle in the room, which isn't a massive issue, just a nice add-on. Also the pizza prices were pretty expensive even though it was delicious, we found it too pricey (around €25 each) Otherwise very pleased with the staff, location, amenities, room cleanliness. We would definitely come back again.

I really enjoy staying at this hotel when I'm in the area on business. The atmosphere is very friendly and the staff are really great. The rooms are simple but modern and always clean. The breakfast has something for everyone and is a great way to start the day. The wonderful city is within walking distance (10 minutes) and always an easy stroll for me—which is very welcome after a long day in the car... I really enjoy coming here.

Lovely hotel, very clean and friendly staff, would definitely return. Only problem we had is with the taxi company used by the hotel. We booked through the receptionist and later confirmed the booking with another receptionist, both stated the price would be less than €20. The taxi driver then charged us €32 for a ~10 minute journey so it is important to be aware they are charging a lot more than the hotel seems to think which may be a scam!
