Every time I stay I go to breakfast and there is something not available so it’s not good enough. All food should be available until the breakfast finishes. Rooms are also not cleaned well

The location is perfect to get to the city center and to the train station. Supermarket like Carrefour and other grocery store, restaurants, are walking distance.

More than one British rugby team stayed at the hotel at the same time as my daughter and I, they were so loud at night and at breakfast so screaming loud that it was impossible to eat in the breakfast area. One was not wearing a shirt and the staff was not able to do anything about it. I suppose it would have been possible to contact their coach to bring them to order. It left us with a very bad experience. The room were unclean- huge coffee stains on the table, absolutely visible hair in the hairdryer, stains on the walls in the bathroom. Staff in the information was overall ok, but not service minded.

My room was changed from a Double with Single bed to a double only, with no prior warning so we arrived to find a small double only. I was sharing with someone I do not know, so bed sharing was not something either of us was happy with, but I was told there was nothing that could be done. No offer of a refund a discount as I was not a Flexible Booking, even though Ibis chose to be flexible with my booking.
