The room and experience was fine but far too expensive for the size of the room.

We stayed for three nights at the hotel and I can highlight the good service from everyone at the front desk. We needed a late check-out, and they accommodated us promptly. The room was cleaned daily, and the towels were replaced regularly. The location is excellent — we didn’t need any transportation to get around the city. The room and bathroom are small but sufficient for two people. The bed and shower were comfortable.

A bit pricy for the quality and comfort they offer. Repetitive breakfast, nothing new for 5 days I was here. Room is dark and small.

Our second stay at this hotel. Provides all you need for your time in Gent. Rooms are simple but modern and comfortable, some may say a bit small but OK for us. Breakfast is excellent, good selection and overall I'd say the hotel is good value given its handy location. Parking is available but we used the excellent Park and Ride, tram and bus travel is really efficient and easy.

Usually stay at this hotel when staying in Gent area for work. (once or twice a year). Generally choose it because of the location and competitive price. Recently have found that it is looking worn / dated.
