As I said when leaving - the lights over the bed are too bright. I felt under a spotlight and reading in bed was uncomfortable. Secondly, the duvet was too hot. The warm weather did not help. I tried the air con, but it was too noisy. I would like a wall safe in my hotel room. On the plus side, the hotel was well located. But I thought 15 euros for a taxi to the railway station excessive - I was told that this was a hotel service, rather than an external provider.

Hotel is well located and has parking. A supermarket and several restaurants are nearby. Hotel restaurant is good and priced appropriately, service here was good. We didn’t have breakfast. Room was small by Ibis standards, there were stains on the carpet, black mould on the shower walls and footprints on the ceiling!

It's a very small and cozy room, there's mosquito in summer. it's clean and well located.

2 night stay for a leisure trip to Ghent. Chose as the hoptel was a fair price and only a few minutes from the centre of town and had a car park
