Staff are really friendly. Excellent location close to train station and centre of Brugge. Room was larger than expected with a bath/shower. Bed very comfortable. Would highly recommend this hotel. Bar very reasonable and available 24 hours

Great location, spacious room but the shower was terrible (no pressure /hot and cold) and it was quite noisy. The room was very cold and the heater very noisy to leave on during the night

Cozy compact room. Hotel currently has building work underway and was awoken by this at 7am a couple of days. No tea or coffee making facilities in room.

Everything was great, except the shower

The shower was terrible - from too low pressure one day to scolding hot the next to extreme temperature differences while showering. this was really bad and it did not get resolved even after talking with reception.

Generally very good, the only thing that was annoying was the time the workers started on the renovation works. I fully understand that the work has to be done, but they started scrapping the floors and hammering at 6:30 in the morning, which is too early.

Myself, my husband and two of our grown-up children spent the weekend in this hotel and it has been perfect from arrival to departure. The location is very central and close to old town, the hotel sends instructions on parking pre-arrival which were very helpful. The bar is very well stocked and the variety of drinks is noticeable compared to many other Ibis hotels i have stayed before. The staff are brilliant and made me feel very welcome. It was also my birthday that weekend so I got a gift put in my room that was a great treat. Special thanks to the whole team and Jorge who went an extra mile to make our stay very enjoyable! We would love to come back and definitely recommend the place to other travellers.

Bathroom too narrow and small. No communication beforehand about renovations and disruptive noise. We stayed 6 days. Not informed at check-in of water being cut off 10-5. Only small notice in elevator. Coffee not provided other than for extra cost. Ibis delivery truck blocked alleyway. He refused to move and our day trip exit was delayed by 30 minutes.

The hotel is located in the centre of Ghent, and given the rates of hotels in this city, an Ibis at less than 100€/night sounds reasonable. This hotel is in the average quality of the Ibis chain. All services were correct, maybe, in this case, the rooms are somewhat fair in size: the double bed is only accessed from one side, the bathroom is very small.

I could not sleep well during the 3 nights I stayed there. Got woken up by other guests on the floor, my room was also very close to the elevator
