From arrival to departure the experience was welcoming and seamless. The staff were polite and professional at all times, the rooms and facilities first class, and the location in the centre of this incredible village just perfect.

Room was nice however, many useless light switches. Very confusing. As far as staff, had an issue parking the car. Pulled into the hotel and the valet guys just watched us and never came over to greet us. We thought maybe we had the wrong hotel or spot so we pulled away to reconfirm with the GPS. Came back to the hotel after realizing everything was correct. Upon first getting to room, we discovered there was a welcome package, which included a lovely note and two bottles of water. After reading the letter, we noticed one of the bottles already opened and water missing. We notified the valet when he brought up our bags and said he would get it replaced. He never came back and needed to call the front. It wasn’t until we headed out to dinner that we stopped by the front desk. Only after the fourth attempt did they correct. Then the evening before checking out, we asked the front if we could have a later out (1pm) rather than the 12pm. Again, no one got back to us. The day we were leaving o stoped by the desk since one got back to us and they informed us they would get back to us but could do a 12:30 but possible 12:45. They said they would call and once again didn’t follow through. Too some it up, the hotels location is amazing, very clean, however communication and customer service needs improvement is terrible.

This hotel was recommended by ChatGPT and kudos to ChatGPT. The hotel is located right off the water (sorgue) in the town. The reception was great, checkin process had no issues. Unlike typical European hotels, the room was very big with King size bed and 2 windows overlooking the courtyard from different angles. The bed was very comfortable, they do room service twice a day and leave some snacks and water for you each time you visit.
Must do when you stay - book a 1 hour appointment to visit the Spa (free) - OMG - what an experience. They have a assembly-line like shower - first you walk in for shower - after that, you walk to the next showerhead with warmer water and then another one with more warmer water - the shower heads start on their own with different lights (red is warmest) - once it is done, you are thoroughly cleansed and then you get into the hottub. They have an half-swimming pool size hot tub with jets focussing on different parts of the body along with cobra water fall. They have a Sauna and Steam room. Extremely interesting is they have an ice room - brave it and cover yourself with fresh powdered ice but remember to take your flipflops (water resistent) - otherwise you are standing bare foot on ice and it is not fun!
The dining is also amazing - they have a person playing Piano live, great vibe and amazing service. Overall, I could not have asked for a better experience.
This is a fully refurbished or brand new hotel with valet parking (around 30 Euro per night). You can walk to town for street food and street shops within 2-3 minutes.
What is interesting is the design (should have done better) - the toilet is one side of the room next to main entrance, but the wash basin to wash your hands is on the other so you have to walk through the room. Only place where they put washing and doing the dirty business on both ends of the room.
I strongly recommend this hotel anyone visiting Provence. All the wineries are 20 minutes drive away and once you leave the town (in about 2 minutes), there is no traffic - just beautiful scenery.

It was a very pleasant 1 night stay in a great location by the canal. The staff were very pleasant & efficient & we particularly liked the valet parking of our car. We enjoyed the tapas menu in the lounge bar & also thought the breakfast buffet was excellent. When we arrived at the hotel it was very hot & we were each offered a complimentary glass of champagne & cold towels.

Simply put, one of the best travel experiences we have had in many years. The location is great, the staff is extremely friendly and helpful, and the room was exceptional. We had food via room service (restaurant looked amazing but our schedule was not conducive to late evening dining). However, the food was quite good even so. Could not have been happier. Would recommend highly. Plan to return soon.

This hotel was a great place to stay. We traveled by car and there was valet parking which was very helpful. We were welcomed with a glass of champagne while waiting for check in. The room was spacious, modern and clean. It was filled with beautiful artwork keeping on trend with the area. I appreciated the high end hairdryer, not typical of a hotel. The lounge/ bar was comfortable and had exceptional service. One night there was a wonderful musician which just made it even more relaxing. The location is walkable to all shopping and dining in L'Isle-Sur-La-Sorgue.

Pros
* Smooth, attentive check-in — the strongest part of the stay.
* Valet parking took the car on arrival and put it on charge, which was genuinely useful.
* Spacious rooms with quality finishes and equipment, down to Dyson hairdryers.
* Thoughtful welcome amenities recognising senior ALL status.
* Attentive service in the main bar.
* Good food throughout, and a generous breakfast spread.
* Central location in L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, within easy walking distance of the market and the antiques quarter.
Cons
* The air conditioning did not cool the room properly. It was reported at reception twice and was neither repaired nor followed up during the stay. For a five-star room, this is the one thing that has to work.
* The rate is high for what was delivered, particularly with the air conditioning unresolved for the stay.
* At breakfast, an egg order took minutes to arrive at 07:00, shortly after the restaurant opened and with the room nearly empty.
* Check-out was noticeably slower than check-in, attributed to a shift change — a handover the guest should not have to absorb.
The hotel is well conceived and the physical product is genuinely good: the rooms are handsome, the food is sound, and the setting in the centre of L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue is hard to better. The team also makes a strong first impression. The pattern that let the stay down is follow-through. Each service detail is small alone; together they fall short of what MGallery implies at this rate. I would return if the maintenance response were dependable.

2 days with my wife. Great time except the breakfast which was good but the service was just not existing!

Your hotel was the prefect retreat from the busy lifestyle of the daily life. I was able to unwind and use the Spa facilites. After two days, I was ready to face the world again.

The hotel is perfectly located. It has very nice rooms and a great lounge bar area.It isa perfect place to explore the town and all the towns in the area. It also has a great friendly staff.
