Gorgeous property, room, and spa. Service for everything from check-in, to meals, to questions was excellent. The room was comfortable and lovely. Some of the outlets wouldn’t work without all the lights on, and no one could determine how to fix it, hence the 9/10 instead of 10/10. We hope to stay again.

Although our first impression was wow, from welcome, to the room, and the spa, starting the next morning the imperfections started to show, at breakfast time the employee was vacuuming at the bar nearby .The same night we had hot boiling water in the shower , the 2nd day the cleaning team was sweeping at 8.30 am around reception area, dust was flying around, at breakfast lack of service , although when we asked for something we got it straight away, the waiter were not attentive to remove the plate between savoury and sweet, dishes were piling up, the outdoor swimming pool was 16 degrees and not 26 as advertised.We addressed all the issues to the reception and we were assured that it will be taken care off and they offered us the parking as compensation. The hotel has a very big potential when these bugs will be fixed. There were many positive aspects too, delicious breakfast, beautiful spa and heated inside swimming pool , the room was beautiful and very comfortable, secured parking, friendly staff, perfectly clean room, welcome amenities, we would definitely go again! I’m sure that the issues will be fixed.
