This hotel was a great place to stay. We traveled by car and there was valet parking which was very helpful. We were welcomed with a glass of champagne while waiting for check in. The room was spacious, modern and clean. It was filled with beautiful artwork keeping on trend with the area. I appreciated the high end hairdryer, not typical of a hotel. The lounge/ bar was comfortable and had exceptional service. One night there was a wonderful musician which just made it even more relaxing. The location is walkable to all shopping and dining in L'Isle-Sur-La-Sorgue.

Pros * Smooth, attentive check-in — the strongest part of the stay. * Valet parking took the car on arrival and put it on charge, which was genuinely useful. * Spacious rooms with quality finishes and equipment, down to Dyson hairdryers. * Thoughtful welcome amenities recognising senior ALL status. * Attentive service in the main bar. * Good food throughout, and a generous breakfast spread. * Central location in L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, within easy walking distance of the market and the antiques quarter. Cons * The air conditioning did not cool the room properly. It was reported at reception twice and was neither repaired nor followed up during the stay. For a five-star room, this is the one thing that has to work. * The rate is high for what was delivered, particularly with the air conditioning unresolved for the stay. * At breakfast, an egg order took minutes to arrive at 07:00, shortly after the restaurant opened and with the room nearly empty. * Check-out was noticeably slower than check-in, attributed to a shift change — a handover the guest should not have to absorb. The hotel is well conceived and the physical product is genuinely good: the rooms are handsome, the food is sound, and the setting in the centre of L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue is hard to better. The team also makes a strong first impression. The pattern that let the stay down is follow-through. Each service detail is small alone; together they fall short of what MGallery implies at this rate. I would return if the maintenance response were dependable.

We had a very good experience with the exception of a fire alarm waking us up and having to go downstairs at 1am in our pajamas. The hotel smells wonderful, and has a big lobby bar with good service and drinks. There were lovely gifts in the large, well appointed room, and the towels were big and fluffy. The bed was very comfortable and turn-down service left chocolate on our pillow. The hotel is clearly wanting to provide a fantastic guest experience throughout, and we would definitely stay here again. Staff and service was excellent everywhere.

The staff at the hotel are amazing from providing information and clarity before our arrival to taking care of our needs during our stay. Chloé and Olivier are superlative. They gave outstanding recommendations for excursions and restaurants and made reservations for us at places that truly made our time in the area very special. Cholé and Olivier are gems who stand out for the extra care they provided and personal interactions we had with them. Melvyn, Didier, Jérémy, and others were excellent with care service. We appreciated Didier and Chloé providing cool water in our car when we were leaving for our day trips. Soline, Lily, Yaël, and others made our breakfast special and were charming to talk with and learn about the area. Yann, Maxence, Mathilde, Yuliana, Florin, and others made our time at the pool, the bar, and our overall stay delightful. Our room was well serviced by the staff who take care of rooms - we didn't know their names but we appreciated their special care. We appreciated the care and attention of all the staff. It's clear they all care about the guests and ensuring people have what they need. Our experience with the staff is a 10. However, We couldn't give a rating for the overall experience that rating because the hotel fell short for us. It's clear that there is no air conditioning in the third floor hallway, which felt like a sauna going to and from the elevator from our room. The room was cooler, but at night the heat was too much and it was hard to sleep. This was very disappointing because it was our room and affected our overall stay. This seems like something that shouldn't be part of a stay at a five-star hotel.

I typically only book hotels with car parking whilst on my French road trips, I was very surprised to turn up and find only a valet parking option (€35), this was not clear whilst booking, I would not have booked if I had known this. This is likely a minor issue for most people, but for me it’s something I have an aversion to. Outside of my personal issue with the car parking situation, this hotel is well located in the town and is a lovely property. My membership upgrade even moved me to a suite. It is a fantastic hotel, and great staff and I would strongly recommend to anyone without a car or anyone who does not have issues giving their car to someone else to drive.

Wonderful. I stayed there with my six year old daughter. The location, food and room were all very good but it was the attitude and warmth of the staff that set it apart. The input of Lily (who checked us in and welcomed us to the hotel), Dominique (who made our breakfast each morning feel very special) and Jamie (who took care of our car and luggage).

My wife enjoyed our time here. It was convenient for touring around southern France. The A/C struggled to keep up with the heat so the nights were warm but it was in the middle of a heat wave. There was also a bad smell coming from the bathroom area. Otherwise the service was good.

From the moment we entered the hotel we enjoyed it's sophisticated yet warm atmosphere. The front desk staff was amazing and helpful at every step of the way. The decor was gorgeous, the rooms were well appointed and the pool was fantastic!
