The hotel does not have an elevator, which should have been mentioned to guests in advance, as it’s not stated on the official website. The facilities are quite dated, and the Wi-Fi was completely unusable. There is no walk-in shower, so taking a bath in the tub was very inconvenient. Additionally, the air conditioning wasn't cooling properly, making the room feel stuffy and have a noticeable odor. The service was just average. While having breakfast, I could hear the kitchen staff arguing very loudly, showing a complete lack of consideration for the guests' dining experience.

Service was great, we booked a non refundable rate and our timelines changed, but hotel was accommodating with simply moving the dates for us. The room itself has that old charm to it, so If you prefer modern you won’t get that here, but we were happy with the room. The food at restaurant was excellent.
