Booked 4 nights last October, 2 weeks before our stay a relative suddenly passed away & we were told the funeral would be on Friday 28th Aug. Which meant we would not be arriving at the hotel until 29th. I immediately contacted the hotel to inform you of this,asking if, in the circumstances you would offer any reimbursement for the money paid. I received no response, a few days before our expected arrival I again contacted the hotel. Still nothing. On arrival on 29th I was told the manager was away & no one reads the emails. What a dreadful way to run a hotel. Also at the hotel there were very few staff, 2 occasions we wanted a drink from the bar, we had to go hunting for someone to serve us. No, in view of the staffs attitude I would not return & definitely not recommend the hotel.

staff is nice and Breakfast is fine but rooms are certainly not to Mercure Level, small, old, not comfortable. Not upgraded to privilege room as a gold member although several were available. Overall disappointing hotel, would not go back and do not recommend.

Stayed here as a family whilst attending a wedding locally. The hotel is tired and requires updating. The staff are friendly and welcoming at reception but the rooms are quite poor standard and the carpets are in desperate need of cleaning. We ate at the restaurant once and the food was OK but the service was extremely slow. The pool area was one of the best parts and it was well maintained and pleasant.

Die Zimmer waren ok und der Service an der Rezeption und im Bar/Restaurantbereich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Allerdings viel Renovierungsbedarf, Teppich im 3. Stock vor dem Fahrstuhl mit Flecken vin Erbrochenem, Balkontür im Zimmer nicht zu öffnen. Unter diesen Umständen Preis/Leistung unangemessen. Lage ist eine Katastrophe, aber das hätte man ehrlicherweise mit besserer Recherche auch vorher merken können.

Hôtel qui n’est pas digne d’un hôtel 4 étoiles. Moquette tachée et sale, salle de bain vieillissante paroie de douche cassée, lavabo bouché qui n’évacue pas correctement l’eau … Chambre bruyante, des personnes qui claquent les portes et qui parlent fort dans les couloirs après 23h … Nous avions réservé pour 3 personnes et à notre arrivé il a fallu faire le lit d’appoint car il n’était pas préparé ! Le drap était plein de poils (animaux…) Nous avions réservé avec un verre de bienvenue mais il n’en était rien ! Nous avons demandé un peignoir mais on nous a répondu que notre chambre n’y avait pas le droit ! C’est quand même le minimum pour un hôtel 4 étoiles ! Les clefs de la chambre qu’il a fallu réactiver à plusieurs reprises ( au moins 3 fois en 3 jours …) car arrivé dans la chambre ça ne marchait plus ! Le personnel de ménage qui est passé dans la chambre et n’a remis que deux serviettes au lieu de trois …

Pas digne d’un 4* Hormis le personnel très gentil et la piscine agréable, les chambres ne sont vraiment pas au niveau. Moquette sale (taches de je ne sais quoi), salle de bain vétuste, odeur de cigarette persistante et ayant infectée nos affaires malgré les fenêtres que nous avons laissé ouvertes toute la soirée. La liste est encore longue : très mal insonorisée nous entendions les crises des voisins, demander 3 fois un fer à repasser, recevoir une planche cassée, etc. C’était devenu la blague de savoir quelle nouvelle dinguerie nous allions découvrir. Payer 131€ pour une nuit dans cet hôtel est une honte.

L’hôtel malgré la vue extérieure vétuste est plutôt agréable et confortable. Il est à noter qu’il y a des remontées d’égouts les matins dans la salle de bain. Il manque également une douche extérieure à côté de la piscine. Il serait sympathique de pouvoir être servi d’un verre au bord de la piscine.
