Stayed here as a family whilst attending a wedding locally. The hotel is tired and requires updating. The staff are friendly and welcoming at reception but the rooms are quite poor standard and the carpets are in desperate need of cleaning. We ate at the restaurant once and the food was OK but the service was extremely slow. The pool area was one of the best parts and it was well maintained and pleasant.

Die Zimmer waren ok und der Service an der Rezeption und im Bar/Restaurantbereich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Allerdings viel Renovierungsbedarf, Teppich im 3. Stock vor dem Fahrstuhl mit Flecken vin Erbrochenem, Balkontür im Zimmer nicht zu öffnen. Unter diesen Umständen Preis/Leistung unangemessen. Lage ist eine Katastrophe, aber das hätte man ehrlicherweise mit besserer Recherche auch vorher merken können.

Hôtel qui n’est pas digne d’un hôtel 4 étoiles. Moquette tachée et sale, salle de bain vieillissante paroie de douche cassée, lavabo bouché qui n’évacue pas correctement l’eau … Chambre bruyante, des personnes qui claquent les portes et qui parlent fort dans les couloirs après 23h … Nous avions réservé pour 3 personnes et à notre arrivé il a fallu faire le lit d’appoint car il n’était pas préparé ! Le drap était plein de poils (animaux…) Nous avions réservé avec un verre de bienvenue mais il n’en était rien ! Nous avons demandé un peignoir mais on nous a répondu que notre chambre n’y avait pas le droit ! C’est quand même le minimum pour un hôtel 4 étoiles ! Les clefs de la chambre qu’il a fallu réactiver à plusieurs reprises ( au moins 3 fois en 3 jours …) car arrivé dans la chambre ça ne marchait plus ! Le personnel de ménage qui est passé dans la chambre et n’a remis que deux serviettes au lieu de trois …

Pour ce qui est de la propreté et de l’état des chambres, vos remarques sont prises très au sérieux. Nous allons immédiatement vérifier ces points avec notre équipe de ménage et maintenance afin d’apporter les corrections nécessaires. Nous regrettons également le désagrément lié à la préparation du lit d’appoint et l’absence de verre de bienvenue. Ces éléments ne correspondent pas à nos standards habituels et seront remontés à la direction pour améliorer notre service. Enfin, concernant les problèmes de clés, nous comprenons votre frustration et veillerons à ce que ce genre d’incident soit évité à l’avenir.
