A nice hotel with helpful staff; the only issue here is the very hot air conditioning system. The A/C is very limited, and the system shuts down by itself.

Nice location and comfortable stay in new hotel. Love the location and the view on the mountain. We could walk easily with our dog around in the area. Everything is really new, so the room was just perfect. Only when eating in a 2 person room you didn’t really have a good table with seating. Also the price was more expensive than in my app. This wasn’t mentioned at check in, but it had to do with taxes that were new there.

We stayed here during a trip to Stuttgart, Germany. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The apartment was practical and well suited for a family of four, with everything we needed to cook our own meals. The only minor downside was that the tram service near the hotel was not available at all times of the day, so it is worth planning for a little extra walking depending on your schedule.

I generally like to see the bright side of things and enjoy my stay or vacation, but when we arrived we found a lot of hair of the bed sheets (although I suspect it relates more to the way the material they were made of attracts dirt and hair), a kind of bad smell in the room and a lot of dirt under the couch, including a toy car from a previous occupant. Your guy at the reception was super (I'm sorry I forgot his name) and tried to help by changing our pillow sheets, but for the floor dirt there wasn't anything we could do as we arrived around 6pm. Hope this helps things get better for others since it's a shame to have a good location get ruined by small details.

The hotel apartment is very clean, quiet, and comfortable to stay. People are friendly. Fitness room's equipment is just sufficient for a regular workout. Short walking distance (15 to 20 minutes) to Public transportations: Bus stops and Train station. Fifteen to twenty minutes walking distance to grocery stores as well if you don't want to eat out for each meal. Street parking is free, but is a bit hit and miss.

We choose this hotel because it was central to our plans, its very modern..close to merc museum, zoo. Train stations is 10mins away, with shops close, and a burger joint called pops for football fans it also close to the ground..

First, when I entered the toilet, the WC was dirty with urine stains. It was really disgusting. Secondly, I am a Silver member of the ALL program, and the welcome drink voucher was not issued in the APP. I proved that I am an ALL Silver member (account 30…6628). The receptionist said, " Sorry, I can't do anything to help you". I found this very unprofessional.

I usually love the Agadio apartment hotels as they are easy with children. This one was a bit disappointing even through it was new. Room was REALLY hot, A/C couldn't be put on. I asked about it several times as we stayed 5 days but nothing was done to it. Every time when we came back to the room, it was turned to +22. It didn't help to put it on +18, because the heating was on. Outside was sunny so opened window didn't help much. Also the bedsheets and everything was polyester or something and was also really hot to sleep in. Pillow options were limited, my daughter couldn't use these huge thick pillows. The location is ok, but the U-Bahn goes only of there is a major happening nearby, other than that it won't go, Bus goes sometimes but the Busstop is not so close. Nearest trainstation is quite a walk with a small child. Only foodstore is some Netto market, and it has seen better days and it is also little bit far away. Hopefully the public transport and food stores will get better in this area.

Great experience, lovely apartment. We loved the table football. Directions to it from local public transport could have been clearer. There was a fire alarm at 10.30pm and then a power cut which made all the lights come on at 4am on our last night so we didn’t get much sleep unfortunately…
