I usually love the Agadio apartment hotels as they are easy with children. This one was a bit disappointing even through it was new. Room was REALLY hot, A/C couldn't be put on. I asked about it several times as we stayed 5 days but nothing was done to it. Every time when we came back to the room, it was turned to +22. It didn't help to put it on +18, because the heating was on. Outside was sunny so opened window didn't help much. Also the bedsheets and everything was polyester or something and was also really hot to sleep in. Pillow options were limited, my daughter couldn't use these huge thick pillows. The location is ok, but the U-Bahn goes only of there is a major happening nearby, other than that it won't go, Bus goes sometimes but the Busstop is not so close. Nearest trainstation is quite a walk with a small child. Only foodstore is some Netto market, and it has seen better days and it is also little bit far away. Hopefully the public transport and food stores will get better in this area.

Great experience, lovely apartment. We loved the table football. Directions to it from local public transport could have been clearer. There was a fire alarm at 10.30pm and then a power cut which made all the lights come on at 4am on our last night so we didn’t get much sleep unfortunately…

Overall very good, only remark is that during the check-out the conversation with the receptionist was a bit tense due to a miss-understanding on the room number.
