We had a wonderful stay. The hotel was very clean, modern and well maintained. The room was spacious, the bed and pillows extremely comfortable. The staff was friendly and welcoming. We especially appreciated the free coffee, tea and water available at the entrance. Everything was excellent and we would gladly return.

Facilities are brand new. Our room had everything we might have needed during our stay and provided a comfortable and enjoyable experience. The only recommendation I might have would be regarding the room choices. We had specifically requested a twin bed but were first given a room with a queen size bed. After we checked with the reception again, our room was changed accordingly. So a small improvement might be necessary concerning guest choices/options.

location was good. but the air conditioning was broken. no circulation. we arrived before midnight. we waited around 1 hr. and told the recepcionist, and then he checked to the room. and yes it was broken and he couldn't repair it. he said that he cannot do anything about it. i travelled with my wife and 2 children. we cannot sleep with no circulation. ended up with no solution. no other room. no solution. after a long argument that should not be like that, the receptionist finally checked to other employees at the office, and the i got a new other room. finally with a good working airconditioning. i had to move all the stuff and the family member to the other room at midnight. they should work quicker and give a quick solution. especially beacuse i travelled with children (infant and 7 years old). very terrible experience for me and my family. and also the recipsionist was not so very friendly to me that night.

We were happy with our stay at Adagio Apartments. The hotel is still very fresh and new. In the room we could find anything we needed ( fully equipped kitchen, which is convenient with kids, iron, hairdryer). Rooms are also not small, there is enough space. At the lobby it was nice to find some games for the kids, also there is a playground at the yard. Overall the district around is new, but the Bad Cannstadt S bahn station area is a bit scary in the evening.
