Hotel and room were clean and comfy (apart from the 30 degrees in the lobby) however with a platinum status I’d expect a bit more openness towards providing additional services. We arrived at 13:30, check in was officially at 15:00 and before even reviewing if I was eligible for early check in the receptionist denied the request in a rude tone and got even more obviously annoyed when we kindly asked another time showing that we got a status. When requesting whether late check out is possible it was denied in an equal manner, however we were told if we wanted to pay 65€ we could get late checkout, which is really the opposite of how I expect a status to work

Too hot! In the room (AC never gets the room cool) and in the lobby. Not enough towels / coffee for a 3 day stay when there is no housekeeping.

Nice location and comfortable stay in new hotel. Love the location and the view on the mountain. We could walk easily with our dog around in the area. Everything is really new, so the room was just perfect. Only when eating in a 2 person room you didn’t really have a good table with seating. Also the price was more expensive than in my app. This wasn’t mentioned at check in, but it had to do with taxes that were new there.
