We stayed at the hotel on Sunday 16th August and had a really lovely experience. The hotel is very stylish with beautiful furniture and fittings and the beds were extremely comfortable. A special mention has to go to the gentleman working during the night. Our son had a very heavy nosebleed during the night and he couldn’t have been more helpful. He was incredibly kind and reassuring and even gave our son a drink while we were dealing with it. Nothing was too much trouble which we really appreciated. The lady who checked us in was also lovely and very welcoming. Overall a beautiful hotel with fantastic staff. We would definitely stay again.

Great hotel, staff was great and comfortable rooms. But the location is in the outside the city. We made the mistake not noticing that, when we booked. Although there is public EV-charging, the safer hotel garage does not have this. That’s a minus

My kid asked for das Spiegelei for breakfast, but I was very coldly denied without explanation from the desk lady (Nein, danke!). In general, staff is very bad at English (not all but majority). There's no need for a thick Bettdecke in summer. Air condition was set for 16 degrees, but the desk team helped me to turn it off (in their room there's an option to set air condition in each room,).

I am extremely disappointed with my recent two-night stay, especially considering the cost exceeded $600. Unfortunately, the overall cleanliness and room condition fell far below acceptable hospitality standards. Upon arrival, we found a dirty sock left behind from a previous guest, hair in the shower, a musty-smelling carpet, and empty bulk amenity dispensers. These are basic housekeeping details that should never be overlooked, particularly at this price point. Additionally, the air conditioning temperature could not even be adjusted directly from the room and required intervention from the Front Desk, which was both inconvenient and unreasonable. Most concerning, however, was the complete absence of a telephone in the room. In the event of an emergency, it is unclear how guests are expected to contact the Front Desk or request immediate assistance. This raises a serious safety and guest-service concern. Overall, this experience did not reflect the standards expected from a property charging premium rates. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses these operational shortcomings appropriately

Sofa bed in room for 4 was very hard and quite small, and worst of all only a single size duvet was on it, for 2 people to share. When commenting upon this and that perhaps a bigger duvet would be more suitable, or two single duvets, the reception staff member simply replied " that is how we do it here", no apology, sympathy... However on the plus side, all was clean, bathroom large, breakfast good.

I stayed just three nights for a business trip - wanted to stay longer but the price suddenly rocketed. No housekeeping at all during my trip. Bathroom was a bit smelly but overall the room (and bed) was comfortable and spacious. Staff very friendly and helpful.

The only negative feedback is that I was told on arrival that my breakfast was not included in my price even though my written confirmation stated otherwise. The manager at the front desk told me very flippantly "it's simple, you were given the wrong confirmation form, I have to charge you for breakfast." This is what's wrong with customer service in Germany. After giving a customer a written confirmation that breakfast is included, upon his arrival your team simply states otherwise. This is the story I will share with others about my stay at your hotel along with the comment that they cannot trust the written confirmation they are given. This is your loss.

I was disapointed, I was in the room 415 and it was very cold there, only 19 degrees and I couldn´t switch on the higher temperature. The room was very gloomy. I was in the business trip, my colleague was in the room 433 and the room was more brighter and had more warmth there.

The location is a bit off-centre from town, but I guess that it's the region overall, not Friedrichshafen as such, that attract people. Upon registration you also get a thick leaflet with all the different activities in the region for which you get discount ... and free public transport. The style of the hotel is very stylish and beautiful. Actually, it is the Ibis Styles I know that most deserves the name "styles". The showers are enormous and generous.... and the rooms as well. The reception people are extremely nice as well.

The hotel is new and modern and it is easily reached by public buses from downtown - altough you need to plan your movements ahead since there are no more than 2 buses during 60 minutes period. The staff is nice.
