Dear Mr S., thank you for taking the time to share your feedback following your stay with us. We are pleased to read that you appreciated our central location by Lake Constance, the views, and the friendliness of our team. At the same time, we are sorry that certain aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations. Regarding housekeeping, we would like to clarify that our hotel participates in the "Skip the Clean" programme. This initiative is part of our commitment to reducing environmental impact and conserving valuable resources such as water, energy, and cleaning products. However, this does not mean that guests cannot receive daily housekeeping service. We communicate this programme extensively through information materials placed on the bed in every room, notices in the lifts, displays at the reception desk, and in our Guest ABC. These communications explicitly state that guests who prefer daily room cleaning can request it at reception. The same applies to towel changes and additional towels, which we are always happy to provide upon request. That being said, the environmental programme should indeed never affect the cleanliness and preparation of a room before arrival. We take your comments regarding dust, cobwebs, and the overall condition of the room very seriously and I will most certainly discuss this with our housekeeping team to ensure that our standards are consistently met. We also regret the inconvenience regarding the missing second set of towels and apologize that it required multiple requests before the matter was resolved. Thank you once again for your feedback. Es freut uns sehr zu hören, dass Sie unser sehr freundliches Personal besonders hervorheben und insgesamt einen angenehmen Aufenthalt bei uns hatten. Ganz besonders schön ist es für uns, dass Sie sich während Ihres Aufenthalts wohl gefühlt haben. Nach einer intensiven Renovierungsphase sind wir besonders stolz darauf, unseren Gästen nun ein rundum erneuertes Hotel präsentieren zu können – von den Zimmern bis hin zu unseren öffentlichen Bereichen wie Rezeption, Bar und Frühstücksbereich. Dear Florian, thank you very much for taking the time to share your feedback. We are sorry to hear that several aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations. In particular, we regret that the cleanliness of your bathroom was not up to our usual standards and that you experienced challenges related to staffing and service. This is not the level of quality we aim to provide, and we will carefully review your comments with our team to ensure improvements are made. We would also like to clarify the parking situation. Unfortunately, we do not have our own parking spaces and it is not possible to reserve parking in the public garage located beneath the hotel. We understand that this can be inconvenient at times and regret any frustration this may have caused. Your comment regarding the value for money is also noted and will be taken into consideration as part of our ongoing quality evaluation. After an intensive renovation phase, we are especially proud to now present our guests with a fully renewed hotel – from the rooms to our public areas such as the reception, bar, and breakfast area.
