The location is good, the building, room, and breakfast were all great. I liked the desk and shelves in the room. The chair with the desk was a little uncomfortable, but considering how rare a usable desk is in the hotel rooms I've stayed in in Europe I'm happy to overlook that minor issue. The shower drain was slow, so longer showers would threaten to overflow the shower area, which was annoying; regretfully I forgot to mention it to the front desk when I left.

I was unaware the hotel was being refurbished and was surprised that the lobby was under construction. But the staff were so friendly and helpful. The room type I booked was unavailable so I was offered a change at no cost. An added bonus of the refurbishment was that my room was brand new. The hotel is well located.
