Check in was very smooth and friendly. The junior suite we had (318) was nice. However it appeared that the shower drain was blocked, which my wife discovered at 5:45 in the morning when the whole bathroom was flooded. We had to use all the towels we had (including bathrobes) to prevent the room to be flooded as well. My wife did unblock the shower drain (filter was full and filthy). Not what you expect from a hotel of this category, especially upon wake-up. Notified the issue at the reception when checking out in the morning, absolutely no compassion, nothing. She just said she would inform the technicians… which is absolutely not helpful for us at this stage. Then she said the manager would call me as from 9am to discuss the issue - still waiting for the call.

I rarely write reviews, but this hotel was exceptional. The bed was unbelievably comfortable, the room was immaculate, and the staff went above and beyond. Everything exceeded my expectations. An outstanding experience in every way.

A nice hotel, great rooms, small but good gym, small pool and wellness area - perfect for winding down after a busy day. In the morning a superb breakfast awaits you. Check-in took a while due to high amount of people arriving at the same time.
