Spent a long weekend in Bregenz at MGallery. The location of the hotel is nice, very close to Seebühne and next to the Casino. Rooms, Spa and all other facilities have recently been modernized and are in great condition! Really enjoyed the sauna. Nice breakfast. Only improvements I see would be a better/more reliable service to refill the mini-bar in the room, which was only done after requested at front desk on two days. Additionally the trolleys with dirty towels and bed linen should not be visible on third floor throughout the whole day or at night. They should be somewhere were guests don't see them.

Booked as attending an athletics competition in goetzis. Really pleased with the location, so close to the train station and the lake, but also peaceful. Breakfast was great. Staff all very helpful. Little touches like guest umbrellas appreciated. Balcony on the room was good. Could have done with some more storage space for clothes, and also some hooks for coats etc in the room. Shower was fabulous and really easy to operate. Good help with restaurant recommendations.

Not so clean hotel

We stayed 4 nights at this hotel, on 2 days our room was only made up after we asked for it, on the second time they just straighten the beds, we had to ask for towels and even for tissue on separate occasions even than the shower was not cleaned. The manager offered us a coffee while waiting for the room, when this was served to us, the person who served it made clear it was a gift from himself. We stayed there 2 before when it was a Mercure not again. The only thing Grand about this place is the Price.

Pleasant hotel

Very pleasant hotel but seemed to be let down by lack of staff. The room was not ready at the 3.00pm check in time and had to wait until around 3.40. There seemed to be a lack of reception staff. In the room the bed was very poorly made. In the bar we asked for drink menus and was advised our order would be taken at the table. After waiting quite a long period in a pretty empty bar, I stood and looked over and pretty sure I was seen. Waited again only to give up and go to the bar ourselves. Not the best service. We were also told that our room would not be cleaned unless we asked for it and if we chose not to then they would instead donate the money to charity although I wondered if this was more about not having enough staff to clean the room. The whole experience could have been better.
