While the room and location are nice, I noticed an error on the final bill after the stay. Wrotr to resolve it, no answer. Wrote to get a detailed bill (not received at all), also no answer from the hotel. Very unproffesional.

We booked two junior suites for one night. Both rooms were clean, well maintained and comfortable. The amenities provided, nespresso machine, mini bar, robes and slippers added a touch of luxury. The pool was a nice touch, but the water only had a depth of about one metre. However, the noise from the elevator, which room 201 surrounds, meant that we hardly slept. We had requested to be as far away from the elevators as possible. Check in was functional, but unwelcoming. When queried on the final cost the receptionist wasn’t interested in looking into an additional charge that differed from that on my booking and we had no other choice but to accept.
