Appreciated the bottled water in the room. The breakfast buffet was varied and fresh supplies were quickly added, the staff efficient and the breads were wonderful, as were the fresh fruits.

I stay quite often at this hotel. This time the expectations were not met, especially when paying more than 250,-- EUR / Night. What was not optimal: - Check in: Even if I've booked via our corporate portal, no adress data about me or my company (for the invoice) etc were available and needed. - No Shower-Gel in the bath room: Container was empty and not refilled - one of the Towel-hooks on the wall were nearly broken - Water pressure in the Shower was very low - Finally the invoice was sent per Email - to the wrong person - a colleage forwarded it to me.

This is the third time I stayed at the Grand Hotel Bregenz MGallery, and as at my two previous visits, I greatly enjoyed my stay. The location of the hotel within steps of the lakefront and the train station is ideal, my room was comfortable and quiet, and I enjoyed the very nice wellness areas that includes a sauna, steam room, recovery room, pool, as well as a well-equipped fitness room. That said, there were some issues with reservations and billing that put a slight damper on an otherwise excellent stay. First, I was unable to make a reservation online through my ALL Accor account despite numerous attempts over several days, so I had to call the hotel directly to reserve my room. This is obviously not the hotel's fault, and to their credit making reservation directly with the hotel over the phone was quick and easy, as was the check-in when I arrived. Second, due to my travel schedule I had to check out very early in the morning, and the person staffing the front desk was unable to issue a final bill at that time due to some missing or misplaced information. When I received the bill by email a bit later, I was surprised to see that it contained two charges for breakfast even though we did not use the breakfast option. I emailed the hotel about this overcharge, but received no response so far.
