We had a very pleasant stay in an upgraded room. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and we thoroughly enjoyed the wellness area, which is open for exceptionally long hours. We also really liked the interior design of the hotel, as well as the restaurant, which offers delicious dishes — the hake and the dessert were particularly excellent. As a small suggestion, the possibility of using the sauna in the early morning hours could be considered. When our coffee machine did not work properly, the staff kindly offered us coffee at the bar, which we truly appreciated.

We enjoyed the room, staff were exceptional however we went to dine in your restaurant and there were 4 things on the menu to choose from. The menu given at the table was half of the choice in the room menu booklet. The staff tried to ask the chef to prepare one of the dishes advertised (a burger so nothing crazy) and a Caesar salad and the reply was no sorry we dont have buns and no chicken. We can give you a salad with lettuce parmesan and tomatoes. I am a restaurant owner and this is absolutely poor service for such a big hotel and the kitchen chef should not be working for such a big chain hotel if the kitchen cannot deliver such simple menu items to guests. Hence to say we didn't eat dinner and had to go elsewhere. They did not seem bothered to be honest.
