there are terrible ibises in Europe but this is a good one ! super friendly and competent reception, rooms have good size. At some days the rates are not "ibis - compatible" and approach the higher-class hotels, though.

It was a comfortable stay at this hotel. The location is close to the center. The underground parking was high and wide enough for my car (1,95 m high). I enjoyed working in the morning, at my desk, with my face in the morning sun. Good memories.

I had a few issues with the room but the staff in the reception were super comprehensive and helpful very attentive and know how to solve last minute errands . super professional team!

When we arrived, we were assigned two rooms which had not been cleaned on the second floor. We went back to the reception and they assigned us new rooms on a different floor. The trash can in the bathroom had not been emptied. On the second day of our stay, I put the sign asking not to clean the room on the door, yet when I returned in the evening, the window in the room was wide open and it was cold in the room. The next day, I did not put the sign at the door. The room was cleaned, the bed was made and the towels were changed. Again, the window was left open and the room was cold when I returned in the evening. This was my third time staying in this hotel, and this time was a rather bad experience. I am not sure if I will stay there again when I return to Bregenz.
