very good experience, they gave me a big room, very silent on top floor and i sept well without disturb. everything was efficient, clean, and the cast very kind. Free parking for gol member was so appreciated. simply perfect and nothing to remark. I will go there again

Good room and easy parking garage under the hotel

We tried to book accommodation for family (2 adults and 3 children). It took up 4 mails and 2 calls to book the accommodation. First we received a confirmation for 2 rooms (2 adults and 2 children), after calling the hotel it was corrected to ONE room (1 adults and 1 child). Finally when we came the price was different then agreed. No reaction from Hotel Manager to our mails. It should be an easy process however it turned out into one of the complex one I have ever experienced...
