Three things called my attention for my one-night stay of one night at this hotel: - While I was doing my check-in, the man working at the reception was nothing but rude, as if he didn't care at all if people were in the hotel or not. As an example, I asked a question about breakfast, and he literally answered "whatever!". He didn't explain anything about the hotel. I asked if he could speak English (as I don't speak any German), and he said yes and continued speaking German to me. - When we entered the room (the two of them - one for me and my wife, another one for my kids), it seemed to have a cloud of dust in the air. I honestly don't know the last time a vacuum cleaner saw that room. Result: Anti-allergic to everyone right away, that day and the following day. - The toilet was filthy. There was hair from previous guests everywhere in the bathroom. In the shower place, there was mud on the corners. It was really disgusting.

we paid double the price our friends paid, and the rooms were in a very bad state. clean-yes, but no shower gel (only shampoo) and not even a towel for the washbasin. just for the shower.

The toilet and bathroom were not properly cleaned, there were visible yellow stains on the shower screen and hairs in the shower and on the toilet seat, which gave a poor first impression. In the room, there was no coffee and milk provided and only two teabags. There were also no refills during my stay, and I had to go to reception myself to collect more tea. The coffee cups and plates in the room had stains on them, although I was able to clean them easily, suggesting they hadn’t been checked properly. Another odd experience was when room service knocked on my door but ran away as soon as I opened it, without any explanation. At 11am, the supervisor knocked to ask why I hadn’t checked out yet, even though the check-out time was clearly listed as 12 noon.
