Design economy hotel, open to creative minds

The old town and the Swiss city of Kreuzlingen are just over three kilometers away. Many destinations in the city are easily accessible on foot or by bus. The hotel has 83 rooms and offers a limited number of parking spaces subject to availability and for a fee. EV charging stations are located near the hotel.

The ibis Styles welcomes its guests right at the entrance to Constance. From the hotel you can reach the historic old town in just 10 minutes by bus. The lake is within easy walking distance.

If we could share anything to improve: 1) A jug kettle would be great especially those with a toddler (to prepare formula) 2) Cleaning could be done more thoroughly (on day 3 of our stay, we were surprised to see the room was cleaned only partially, the bed on living room wasn’t folded, soap/shampoo weren’t refilled, toilet wasn’t cleaned, and one access card beside the door was taken 3) Breakfast could have more variety. The scrambled eggs were dry too 4) During our stay at midnight, we could hear loud noises from the hallway/above our room, not sure what was that 5) In addition, when we booked the accommodation, we weren’t aware that we had to pay euros15/day for utensils. I feel it should be mentioned somewhere

The hotel is in a great location, close to restaurants and supermarkets. If you are lucky, you can even find free parking outside the hotel. The only issue was the housekeeping. On the first day, we told the staff that the room did not need to be cleaned and that they only had to take out the trash, but this was not done. On the second day, we requested a full room cleaning, but by 5 p.m. the room still had not been cleaned.
