Information given was fragmented and confusing. So I had to ask every detail again… Hairs in bathroom sink and crumbles over the floor from previous occupants… Neither Kleenex refilled nor soap. Breakfast was disgusting, eating the fresh baked bread rolls was forming a knot in the stomach. Finding a parking space in the underground car park was pure luck and very narrow. Electric car park spaces were occupied with either trash or fueled cars… For that price one of my worst experiences so far.

It was disappointing that at first they settled in the wrong room that we ordered. Three people could not physically fit in there. Thanks to the manager, Margarita managed to correct this misunderstanding.

Difficult to find Hotel and garage, poor signage. Chaos at front desk - took over 30 minutes to check in. Bathroom too small and no hanging or storage space. Bed linen had NOT been changed as found previous customers effects in the bed!

Unfriendly personnel at reception; staff in breakfast room was very nice. Very noisy at night. Horrible parking situation. We ordered a room with two single beds but got one with a double bed.
