Check in has long line and destination charger didn’t work. Need to ask the receptionist to turn on the charger first. However charger didn’t work, so we need to waited in line again to ask more questions. Total wasted 30 minutes just for check in and charging. No air conditioning in the room. Opened the window and it was very loud from the autobahn and other cars. The blankets were too warm and the mattress moves too much when my husband stood up in the middle of the night. There were tea bags at the lobby looks like complimentary but staff told me I need to pay in an unfriendly manner. Has been asked like 3 to 4 times if I’m staying in ibis style or budget. How annoying!

The hotel experience was disappointing. The Tesla Destination charger didn’t work, and only one paper cup was provided in the room. I noticed some tea bags in the lobby and thought, “Great, I can have some tea.” However, I soon found out they weren’t complimentary—something not indicated by any signage or pricing. Most hotels I’ve stayed at offer free beverages in the lobby, so this was unexpected. When I asked, the staff was unfriendly in informing me that the tea wasn’t free, which made the experience even less pleasant. I don’t think I will stay in any ibis hotel in the near future.

Friendly, helpful reception staff - as usually found in our many stays in Ibis Styles hotels. The room cleaning door hanger policy didn't function - but it was a busy weekend and when we mentioned it at reception we returned to a cleaned room.
