Reception claimed IT-issues since several days in all Accor groupe. This took too much tim for registration. Accor Rewards for me as a member are still not assigned.

Sehr geehrter Herr S. Vielen Dank für das feedback zu Ihrem erneuten Aufenthalt in unserem Hotel. Wir bedauern es sehr, dass der check in Prozess zu lange gedauert hat. Mit IT-Problemen hat jeder gelegentlich zu kämpfen. Da diese global seitens Hotelkette verursacht wurden, konnten wir leider nicht interagieren. Selbstverständlich können unsere Mitarbeiter die gesammelten Punkte auch manuell gutschreiben. Dies sollte allerdings auch automatisch via Accor erfolgen. Sollte dieses Problem erneut auftauchen, senden Sie uns bitte im Anschluss an Ihren Aufenthalt eine Mail. So können wir den Fehler melden und die Punkte manuell gutschreiben.
