I had a great experience staying at this hotel before, so I brought my family here for a vacation this time. I made a reservation over a month in advance and called the front desk to confirm the details. The staff member Nancy was extremely patient and provided very helpful assistance. She also offered very considerate services before and after our stay. My whole family was very satisfied. I would like to give a special mention to this outstanding Nancy.
