Stay was comfortable. Being a platinum member, I got an upgrade. The room was spacious and very well lit overseeing the river flowing by. They have recently added self laundry facility which is pretty handy for guests staying longer. The hotel is about 1.9 kms from the closest Metro station Caoying (Line 17). Their AC needs some servicing as both the times, I stayed here the AC wasn't cooling. I had to call the inhouse engineer who fixed the issue. A small suggestion - those at the reception can smile sometimes. They always have a straight expressionless face therefore you are not sure whether you welcomed or not.
