I spent there about 10 days on a business trip, the hotel is located nicely in proximity to my company. I especially like the possibility to do sports and swimming, I enjoy to the executive lounge, which is a wonderful offer.something I would like to propose for improvement is: the staff do not speak English very well. Most of the time we had to translate through smartphone. This worked but was burning some and I think learning a language, especially English in hotel business should still be a must.

The Pullman Qingpu meets average standards in many areas, with good maintenance and comfortable accommodations. However, the member service falls short of Accor’s usual excellence in a few key aspects: 1. The welcome gift is limited to a small fruit plate, lacking a warm touch for guests. 2. Platinum members cannot redeem alcoholic beverages for their welcome drink. 3. The late check-out is only offered until 14:00, which is less than what other hotels provide (typically until 15:00 or 16:00). 4. Many staff members in the lounge are trainees, which affects the professionalism of the service.

Check-in staff Grace is very friendly, and the check-in process was smooth. The room conditions are great. I just feel that the breakfast quality is poor, and the location is a bit far away from tourist attractions only. The 10/10 rating is solely for staff Grace.
