This is our third time at this hotel and things are clearly much better than the first time wr came. The rooms are clean, there is a mini-fridge, air conditioning can be turned on heat in the evening, breakfast is fabulous and access to the pool is currently free for Ibis guests. Just one recommandation: the pool is also rented for swimming lessons. I suggest the hotel should post the intervals when the pool is not available on the site so that guests could organize their time better (maybe arrival/departure) according to the pool schedule. Location is very convenient, parkibg is large and readonably priced. Staff are nice and helpful, particularly at the bar and restaurant. We will definitely return.

The Hotel is well located and close to the city center in Sibiu. Has a good Restaurant with nice Wine collection and ambience. The staff was mix of very professional and some cold personalities. Staff at front desk was very courteous during check-in and checkout , but on other hand when i needed some support with forex/payment to taxi the person at front desk was giving an attitude of "that's your problem , handle it!" During some evenings there was along queue of people to check-in due to some events , and only one person at front desk. That doesn't go well with check-in experience. 'Food at restaurant was good and service too. House keeping was not best , hair left out in shower from previous guest , soap and shampoo not refilled. So an area to improve.
