At my arrival everything was perfect, but at night and in the morning the noise insolation was not effective. I was able to hear everything from the other rooms and we got a wake-up call from the construction site right next to the hotel and AC unit was making a constant bzzz noise. I notified the hotel and I received another room that was better. The hotel staff was very polite and helped with everything my family needed, especially when my daughter got sick and had a fever.

Was a very good stay overall, except one detail which was fixed very fast- the air conditioning was broken and turning on by itself, which was not convenient for the weather, however the hotel staff tried to fix it and eventually they offer to switch our room with one that didn't have any technical difficulties. Hotel staff was very kind and extremely helpful and prompt.

Unfortunately A/C in room didn’t work. Told Front desk twice. Promised to fix but nothing happened. Besides of that blankets and pillows had very poor, cheap quality . Staff was friendly

The room was only cleaned once during the whole week and the soap was never refilled. Other than that, everything was great.
