I have recently returned to Mercure Medias, a hotel that I have visited many times since 2021. I can once again confirm that it is an excellent hotel, with high-quality accommodation, a good restaurant and a spectacular heated swimming pool. I have stayed in the "Fiore" Suite, which provides ample space and all amenities. I also had dinner in the restaurant and was offered a glass of champagne, due to a special event. Such a nice gesture. I once again appreciated the friendliness and positive attitude from all the personnel. Special thanks to Ms. Rebeca N., who has personally taken care of my preferences. Will be back soon!

The location of the hotel is right next to the forest, in a quiet neighborhood. The stuff was very friendly, we wanted the beds to be separated in the double room and they did this.

We recently stayed at Mercure Binder Bubi and had an overall decent experience. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, providing a pleasant stay. However, we noticed a few areas that could use improvement. The bathrooms needed more attention to cleanliness and maintenance to meet the expected standards of a 4-star hotel. Additionally, the doors to the rooms seemed quite old and in need of refurbishment. The breakfast was a bit of a letdown, as it did not match the quality we expected from a 4-star establishment. There’s room for improvement in variety and overall freshness. While we appreciated the general comfort of our stay, these issues detracted from the experience. With a few updates, this could be a much better choice for future visits.
