It would have been excellent, except two things: 1. at the arrival in the hotel it was a strong chemical smell, probably an air freshener in the lounge and also in the rooms. In the rooms it persisted all over the night 2. There was a party organized in the wine cellar from 8 in the evening to 3 in the morning. We were told by the reception that if we are disturbed to call the reception. The party moved to the outside terrace and there was a terrible noise. At 1 o'clock I called the reception but nothing happened. At 6 o'clock in the morning there were still a few people making noise, they left there around 7:30 in the morning. Although I complained twice at the reception, their attention was not drawn. Normally I had to call the police. It's a shame, because otherwise the hotel would be excellent. Attention Mr./Ms. Manager!

The place is well located and you can go in 5 minutes in the central square.

From the first minute everything was perfect. The housekeepers come everyday to change your towels and to supply all the necessities (body lotion, shampoo, soap). The air conditioner is working and also you have a safe box in the room. Breakfast is also great. You have multiples types of cheese. Also you have salami, ham, bruschetta and some romanian specifics.

Good stay, very nice staff and very good restaurant offer with very nice breakfast. However, a big disadvantage is the poor (quite absent) television signal that lead us to impossibility to watch anything when arrived in the hotel room. Also, the very small TV set is a problem, but still would have been OK if any signal would have been available. To be mentioned the air conditioning that was I would say at most convenient, but was not able to cool the room, even Sighisoara is not a town with very high temperatures, especially on the night.

Hi, this is my second time that I've stay at this hotel. The hotel is located near the old town. the hospitality of the team is remarkable. especially Alex at the reception. the Hotel SPA is unique. the hotel decor is inspired by the Austrian. .
