As always a pleasure for staying in. Nice rooms, nice restaurant and plenty of choices for breakfast. Big parking places for which as a guest you have to pay. The price can be adjusted also for Romanians. As is now price is well affordable for tourists from EU special from Germany. Fitness access hours must be changed. I like to go in the gym at 07:00 clock. Here pool and fitness area is accessible after 09:00 clock.

I was very dissatisfied with my stay. I can honestly say that this hotel does not meet the standards of the Mercure chain. The main reasons for this are: - we arrived at about 19;30 and our room was not ready. We were told that this is because of a late checkout - the breakfast buffet was not befitting a 4 star hotel. There was no variation, tea cups were always unavailable and tables were cleaned very late after they were freed. I stayed in January at the Mercury hotel in Timișoara and there is simply no comparison - the room was big but with missing amenities such as napkins. One of the showers was missing shower gel. - the lobby bar closed at 10 pm
