The staff was extremly friendly and well-trained by the managers. They had some trouble initially with the systems, but they managed to solve the problem very kind and with a lot of patience. I want to mention the names of the front office team: Sebastian and Alexandru! Such great guys!

Stay began poorly as I was notified the night before arrival that my reserved Suite was overbooked and would not be available for me. Alternative solutions were offered and were accepted given the circumstances of being too late to find another hotel. Hotel parking was convenient and easy to use. Maintenance at the hotel is poor, despite the building being quite new. The heating system in 3 of 4 rooms did not work properly (heat would not turn off regardless of thermostat setting). Bedside reading light in one room was hanging loose. Carpet in one room had food crumbs from previous stay. 2 of 4 rooms had empty or near empty body wash in shower and was not replenished in advance of stay. One of two elevators was out of service.
