Medium to good experience. At the reception, the girl who checked us in was very unprofessional, she didn’t smile at all. On top of that, she gave us the wrong room, although I clearly specified what room I had booked. I went back to her and she said that was the only room she had. I had booked a king room, and she gave me one with two beds. Another girl came, much nicer, and she solved everything quickly. But it was still uncomfortable. Especially her attitude. Everything starts at the reception — pay close attention to that
