When I arrived there was an awful smell in the room and the room was also very hot. Ventilation wasn't working at that monent. Smelled like food - a whole lot of garlic. I could not get a similar room so I had to stay with the windows open for the whole night, including the next day. It wasn't pleasent as there is a building under construction rigjt in front of the room, with huge noise from early morning. The smell decreased with time (I stayed for 4 nights) but the first opinion was bad. The staff said they don't have a similar room so either I take a smaller room or I just stand the smell, what I had to do. Staff at the reception don't have the habit to greet the guests when they see them in the lobby, nor to be very helpful. On the other hand, staff from the restaurant very friendly and professional.

The best choice for when travelling to Sibiu. Beautiful park across the hotel, bus station to center across the hotel, parking spots underground or outside, 15 mins away on foot from city center, quiet surroundings. Diverse, rich breakfast options type buffet, comfortable bed, available pool and gym. And a very beautiful detail, when doing the check in, the lady at reception noticed my birthday will be soon and they sent sweets and wine to my room as a gift.

One of my honest private feedback and not public is that I am dissapointed by Hotel Management, I have emailed in time to see if they can arrange some nice paid welcome pack, no answer, then no welcome pack received even if I am a Diamond member. The room was clean but it has some fee power plugs being broken, I have emailed the hotel manager an honest feedback, no one replied, very sad about this experience. In the past hotel management was more responsive to loyal customers. What happened?
