The list is long, since we have been going surprise after surprise. Quality of reception terrible, having this feeling to disturb Bathroom with empty shower gels, hand soap… 3 towels for family of 4 Empty minibar, and impossible to get room service for full evening, since reception is “busy” Terrible welcome and service at restaurant, with staff more busy to check their watch than to do the job. For the finish, the breakfast room at 13 degrees temperature this morning, freezing. But worst of worst, never seen before in a Mercure from Accor Hotel: the hotel swimming pool is open to public! And even further: with municipal swimming schools! We have basically been ejected of half the the very dirty water by the teachers. Unbelievable Hope Accor management can pay a visit and get this hotel closer to group standards
