We stayed at the hotel during the New Year’s Eve period and overall had a pleasant experience. We truly appreciated the flexibility and professionalism of the reception team, who kindly helped us rearrange our stay after we were unable to arrive on the first day due to heavy snowfall. The atmosphere was warm and cozy, and the breakfast was varied and tasty, offering good options for different preferences. As for areas that could be improved, the restaurant service experience would likely benefit from additional training for the staff, as they are quite young and still gaining experience. Additionally, bathroom maintenance deserves attention: due to water from the shower, the wooden door frame was visibly damaged, which is unfortunate considering the quality of the investment and the hotel’s standards.

I forget my laptop cable in the room. The reception and the hotel team was not willing to order a curier to send it to Cluj. I had to arrange the currier it by myself and unfortunately didjt went to pick it up as it was requested Friday! So i will receive it with a 2 day delay, in this way having issues...and i could not work!
