The room was clean, comfortable, and well equipped, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was calm and welcoming. Staff throughout the property were polite and helpful, reflecting a strong customer-focused culture. Upon arrival, the same high standard of service continued — I was welcomed warmly, check-in was efficient, and all my questions were answered with patience and clarity. It really set a positive tone for the entire stay. Overall, I truly appreciated the excellent service, especially the professionalism shown during both the reservation and reception process. I would gladly return in the future.

We stayed at the hotel during the New Year’s Eve period and overall had a pleasant experience. We truly appreciated the flexibility and professionalism of the reception team, who kindly helped us rearrange our stay after we were unable to arrive on the first day due to heavy snowfall. The atmosphere was warm and cozy, and the breakfast was varied and tasty, offering good options for different preferences. As for areas that could be improved, the restaurant service experience would likely benefit from additional training for the staff, as they are quite young and still gaining experience. Additionally, bathroom maintenance deserves attention: due to water from the shower, the wooden door frame was visibly damaged, which is unfortunate considering the quality of the investment and the hotel’s standards.
