Cleaning in the room wasn’t the best- hair on glasses, sewer smell in bathroom and dirty window sill TV was old and the audio wasn’t synced with the image Bed was awful, maitres was uncomfortable and the bed frame was squeaking

Ok for 1 night near the airport but rooms were really not the standard: very noisy AC AND broken curtains impossible to close. Really not what I would expect from any hotel, even less a brand like Mercure

The hotel was comfortable enough and well located for my purpose. There was ample parking on site. Breakfast was good. It was disappointing that the sauna was closed and there was no notice about this on the Accor website when I booked (just a day before the stay).

Easy check in, friendly staff. Breakfast was very good, overall room is well lit, temperature was excellent. The floor carpets have some stains and could use a deep cleaning, door frame in bathroom can use a repair, shoes extensive water damage.

I would like to provide feedback regarding our recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet the expectations for a four-star establishment. Upon arrival, we were assigned a room where the telephone was missing (only the cable was present). This raises concerns, as in the event of an emergency, immediate access to a phone would have been essential. It is surprising that such an issue was overlooked during room preparation. Additionally, the table lamp in the room was non-functional, despite being plugged in. The electric kettle could not be closed properly, and basic amenities such as a shoe horn and an iron were not provided. Even after changing rooms, the shoe horn was still missing. Furthermore, due to a wedding being hosted in the hotel restaurant, dining options were unavailable, and there was no room service alternative. As a result, we were left without a proper meal and had to make do with an overpriced bottle of mineral water from the reception. Finally, breakfast service only began at 07:00. Given that our flight was at 06:00, we were unable to benefit from a meal we had already paid for. Many hotels address this by offering guests an early takeaway option (such as a sandwich or snack) in such cases, which unfortunately was not the case here. I hope you take this feedback into serious consideration, as these are matters of both comfort and guest care, and I trust improvements will be made to ensure future guests receive the level of service they expect from a four-star hotel.
