We stayed here for a week and found the Mondrian incredible! The location was amazing, both a short walk to Maxwell and Outram MRT. The area had so much to do and see, with plenty of food and drink options literally at your door. The staff were amazing throughout our stay, so accommodating and friendly. The best part though had to be the bed. My partner and I have never slept so well, it was the comfiest bed ever and we cannot wait to go back. Would definitely stay here again, we cannot fault the Mondrian!

Comfy rooms, sublime amenities, solid f&b and lifestyle offerings. Shout out to Nadia at the desk for always providing a warm yet efficient welcome and being so accomodating with arranging a to-go breakfast. The team at check-out were also polished! Housekeeping was on task and finally noticed the patterns for the last night, which i appreciate. <wish lotion was preset in the room>. Offerings at christina's are also attractive with a great team: Anna, Alex, and the Malay gentleman whose name I missed to get who set the tone for the positive experience for the evenings. The bell team is oddly the weakest link this stay, miscomms and slightly longer waits but otherwise very affable gentlemen, if not just busy.

Goo location and very kind housekeeping team. Little concerned about the room type asI specifically booked for Skyline view room. As a hotel in city of heart and proximity of business centre, I assume business travllers would be one of the target segment of your hotel. However, the first room that I got, there is no working desk and chair. I was bizzare and requested for room that with working desk and chair. Front desk said my room does not guerentee a working desk and chair. I checked again at my room details, it does say working desk and chair included at the room attribute. This is unrealistic thay a business hotel would not have working desk and charis at ALL rooms. I have mentioned if there is any portable desk and chair can be arranged at the first night. They said no as of my room is close to evacuation exit. This is not an accpetable and make-sense answer. Since I am also a hotellier, I would not post this unpleasant experience to social media. However, strategic refurbishment of room amenities are needed.
