All very pleasant and comfortable. Good location. The only negative was the cost of the breakfast which is a bit high and the cost of the restaurant for drinks and snacks.

service and a team who truly care! From the moment we arrived, we were so impressed by the warmth, efficiency and care shown by the staff. The team on our check-in day made us feel welcome and very well looked after. When a porter accidentally broke the handle on our suitcase, the team handled it brilliantly—replacing the suitcase within an hour! Accidents happen, but the speed and professionalism with which they resolved it really stood out. That is outstanding customer service. A special thank you to Ali, Ryan, the concierge team, our lovely breakfast host, and Shafikah and the reception team. Your kindness, attentiveness and willingness to help made such a difference to our stay. Thank you for taking such wonderful care of us. We would happily return and highly recommend staying here!. 😊😊

I think you should let guests know in advance if there are events on, like the one that was on the weekend I stayed. Whilst I am sure it was a lot of fun for those that partied, it isn't for a guest staying. It was crowded, rowdy, noisy, and messy. I would like to know why I wasn't made aware? If I had known, I would have NOT stayed at the hotel.

Although the rooms are quiet small, they are well equipped. Many attempts over several days to gave the bedding covers changed from duvets to sheets and a blanket feel in deaf eyes until at check out the front office manager told us they don't have any blankets and we were one of several people requesting so they really should have toys option available. Rooftop pool is great however we questioned the music choice as it was not giving a trendy vibey hotel. We have stayed here in the past for its great location, close to great bars, restaurants, cafes and the best bakery in Singapore, Bakers Bench Bakery!

Duxton Hill is a fabulous place to stay with restaurants and bars and of course. , Chinatown in the doorstep. The Mondrian is a comfortable option with very helpful staff. My only negative is that the common areas, including the restaurant, are soulless and quite cold, but with so much going on in Duxto, around the hotel, this hardly matters

Arriving sunday morning to have violent drunk people in the lobby fighting with security. All while trying to check in. To then only goto the room and hear music pumping for hours. followed by people partying all day at the pool bar. This took away from all all relaxing experience and made arrival quite scary. And not a relexing stay at all. Finally when the party people did leave the hotel, and we got to use the pool, All the seating around the pool is old and tired, when sitting on the cabanas, you can feel the metal bars, the padding is old, worn, dirty and nasty, and all worn out to the point they dont really feel soft any more. There is no atmosphere music out side with the pool. We had to remind someone to put music out there. I forgot how small the bathrooms are in these rooms, also the mini bar had nothing in it. Hotels that don't put anything in the mini bar drive me crazy. I have stayed multiple times at this hotel now and unfortunately i think that was my last stay. it seems the hotel is more focused on party's and events than having guest comfortable and keeping that class about the venue. Buffet breakfast was pretty basic, coffee seems to be the hardest thing to order by the time i got it some days i had finished eating or they forgot all together,. I can say though on a postive note. The staff are always friendly and helpful. the staff do a good job but the product they are supporting is letting them down.

The experience from check in to check out was fantastic. I will note that the room we stayed in was a little compact, but was ok for a one night stay.

Everything is great. Nice breakfast, friendly staff, well-equipped gym...the only thing I would like to comment on is that the bathroom is quite small.

We enjoyed our 3rd stay however we don't think it is worth 5 star. Breakfast and Rooftop for us we're the main issues. Breakfast very messy one morning we had to wait for nearly 10 min to be seated once seated the chairs are well passed it use by date and some are far to low. Looks like staff are unable to keep up, maybe due to short staff. No utensils, coffee machine not working, every morning I had to ask for the yoghurt to be topped as there was none left. Just little things popped up every day. Rooftop not enough seating no parasols We went up twice for a swim no seating. It could do with a few umbrellas. However the staff in general were very friendly.

This was my second time staying at this hotel, but unfortunately, the experience fell short of my previous visit. While the staff followed standard procedures, they lacked the warmth, enthusiasm, and friendly attitude I had experienced before. When I checked in late at night, no one offered to assist with my luggage from the ground floor lobby up to the 3rd-floor reception, even though a staff member was standing right there. Additionally, the cushion seats around the pool area were excessively dirty and poorly maintained. I hope the management addresses these issues to restore the level of service and hospitality I enjoyed during my first stay.
