The check-in process was smooth, the location is convenient, and the room was clean and comfortable. However, there are a couple of areas that could be improved. Firstly, the air conditioner was noticeably noisy, which affected the comfort of the room. Secondly, the luggage storage process after check-out fell well below the standard I would expect from a five-star hotel. When I asked to store my luggage, the receptionist simply told me to “go downstairs lobby” without providing any explanation of where to go or what the process was. When I arrived, there appeared to be no staff visibly presenting, and it was unclear whether I was expected to leave my luggage unattended in the lobby. As I did not feel confident that my belongings would be secure, I decided to leave with my luggage instead. I would recommend improving communication regarding luggage storage. Reception staff should provide clear instructions, direct guests to the appropriate staff member, or ensure someone is available to assist. A secure and clearly managed luggage storage process is something I would expect from a hotel of this standard.

The bellmen were extremely helpful and professional. The rooms are small for 2 people, and the lobby is on the 3rd floor, so there is no seating at ground level. Also the breakfast hostess was never welcoming or friendly, almost sullen. But I would likely stay there again at the right price. Comfortable beds, and clean rooms.

On Friday and Saturday night I was woken by music. The pool area is too small for the size of the hotel, breakfast average with coffee terrible. Room service inconsistent- regularly forggetting water and coffee pods. Staff not especially warm or helpful. Bed and shower were very good.
