I truly enjoyed my stay at the hotel and loved the artistic and beautiful environment. The service was excellent, but I did encounter a few issues that I believe should be addressed for a five-star hotel in Singapore. Firstly, there was no 24-hour room service during my stay, which led me to rely on Grab food for meals. Additionally, the hot water supply in my room was unstable; the temperature fluctuated between extremely hot and cold, even when I wasn’t adjusting anything. Lastly, I noticed that breakfast started at 7 AM, which is not ideal for business travelers like myself, as most hotels typically begin serving breakfast at 6 AM. Thank you for considering my feedback!

While the facilities were great, and your service staff were warm and friendly. There appears to be a lack in knowledge of what the hotel offers its guests by staff as well as a disjoint in service offered across the various department. For instance, I had to request for pillows for my pregnant friend 4 times before I finally got it delivered to the room. And even though it is stated there are different types of hardness of pillows offered as shown by the introduction video of services offered in the room, the front desk reception denied knowledge of this.

It’s also conveniently close to Chinatown and other iconic attractions, making it an ideal base for exploring Singapore.
