One of my regular and favorite hotels in Bali. The hotel is comfortable and clean. Location is very nice if you want to stay in front of Kuta Beach (traffic can be bad though). The staff were nice and accommodating. I love how fast the check-in and the check-out process were. Overall, great stay.

An absolute gem of a hotel with incredible attention to detail. The rooms are huge and full of amenities. First hotel I’ve ever stayed in that has dressing robes and pyjamas! Each room has own butler( ours was Jay) who literally couldn’t do enough for us and was so responsive on WhatsApp. The main pool was beautiful with a lovely amenity tray set down as you arrived poolside (included cold towels, fruit kebab, water, Evian face spray and small Suncream). The main bar and restaurant were really ambient and served fantastic cocktails. Breakfast was incredible! Sparkling wine and bloody Mary’s on ice at the buffet and a great selection of freshly cooked options. The rooftop pool was stunning and the live dj created a great atmosphere/vibe at sunset. The spa was also fantastic! Direct access to a great beach (as long as you don’t mind steps but if you do, the staff will take you on a golf buggy Would recommend in a heartbeat.
