We arrived at the Ibis Bourgoin Jaillieu Medipole to find a friendly welcome, and a comfortable room. We ate at the restaurant next door (very convenient). The breakfast at the hotel was very good, so we set off refreshed and well fed.

Everything was excellent, only downside was that the price was quite a bit higher than we normally expect for Ibis but I presume this is a function of the high rating and demand

Our stay was not planned as we were on our way to the Alps. The staff were welcoming and helpful. The duty manager even made the effort to try to locate my old Accor loyalty card. The hotel was comfortable and the breakfast excellent. Having the restaurant next door was also great and even though they were busy (it being Saturday night) they were able to accommodate us at the bar. It was also good to see a couple of nice acoustic guitars in the lounge. I would have no hesitation in recommending the hotel. What sort of chips

We stayed over on our way to the French alps, and I specifically chose this Ibis because my daughter had an online university exam in the morning and we needed solid wifi access. The staff were accomodating with letting us check out a few minutes late so she could finish. The wifi was great, they even have a couple of remote working rooms you can rent. The room was clean and fresh, though the towels were very thin and small. The lounge is cool with a foosball table, gym has everything you need and the breakfast was really good. The biggest surprise was the Palais des Thés tea available! Top notch loose leaf green, black, tinsane, etc - that was the highlight for me. We will definitely stay here next year on our way down to ski.
