Despite the fact I informed the hotel about my estimated time of arrival they fail to let me know that I wouldn't be able to check on late The hotel door was locked th barea was full of drunk and drug addicts . I was left stranded at 10 pm at night to look for a new hotel in a thunderstorm. Which hotel do you know with this type of guest service ! Seriously avoid ! I have been try to get a refund they don't even answer the phone . Terrible place
