Bed very soft. Duvets too thin especially as it was -0 temps outside. No kettle (as mentioned in room details) or tea/coffee making facilities in room. Even though bar was open, no tea/coffee, hot water or even tap water was available when we came back to the hotel in the evening. As I needed some.water I had no choice but to purchase a bottle of water which to my astonishment cost me 7.40 euros!!

Long queue to check in as three people in front were checking in before me and paying for their reservations, which for reasons unknown were paid for individually - but all by the same person. No acknowledgement for being a member of IHG Rewards. Room adequate but getting rather dated, refurbishment would be good.
