The receptionist was not very friendly and had a condescending attitude towards customers. I was woken up by a cleaning staff member before check-out time, who knocked O. the door.

I've stayed at other hotels in the same chain many times, and I found the furniture in this one a bit dated. The bathroom had some mold stains, and, for example, they didn't provide shower caps. The staff was very cold at check-in, but the hotel is in a great location for getting around the city.

very convenient location, near many restaurants and shops, close to the old town on foot. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful, good housekeeping. The rooms are really normal. Very good room price, but breakfast and other food could be cheaper, but otherwise everything is great
