I booked the superior room and have an e-mail confirmation for it. I announced prior to my stay that I would arrive at the hotel during the night. We were "greeted" by the bored night auditor/receptionist that took quite a while pulling up my booking. The details of the room in the booking were not reconfirmed but we get a key card after checking the personal details and came right back as the key cards did not work. Sometimes, the cards do not configure as we want it. The door would not open with both of the cards. I come back to the reception and was responded with a rude demonstration about how to use hotel room keys like a little toddler. Thanks for that. After finally getting into the room we got a budget room despite choosing the superior room on the website and having that confirmed in the booking. But who wants to have a discussion at 4am? The bathroom had black mold in the creases. Otherwise, it was alright for the budget room, which we did not pay for. But there was a big sign over the mini fridge reminding guests that they chose the budget room and they had the option to upgrade to a superior room for an additional 25€. We did not get any money back for our downgrade. The receptionist during check-out was lovely unlike her coworker during the night shift.

Bad interior, heating system wasn’t work, no drinks were available

The hotel room is a bit dated, but it is very clean and comfortable. However, the receptionist was not cooperative. I believe he entered my booking into the system for only two nights instead of three. On the third day, housekeeping knocked in the morning to ask if I was checking out. That same evening, my key card stopped working. I had to go to reception to reactivate it, but after I went out for dinner and returned, the card failed again
