The location was great, but the rest of my experience was very disappointing. At check-in, my reservation was completely wrong. The bar had only one staff member, who couldn’t handle the number of guests, and the vending machine for drinks wasn’t working. Check-out was a complete disaster. The receptionist was unprofessional and tried to charge me an extra €50. I explained that this was a mistake, and she refused to provide a printed receipt. After I left, €50 was still charged to my credit card, and I have yet to receive any receipt.

My husband and I stayed for 2 nights. Everything was comfortable, clean, the breakfast delicious and the reception attention was warm and cordial. Sabine in particular was an absolute delight.

As I was booking the room I called and specifically asked for early check-in, which was confirmed for 10 am and I was supposed to pay additionally €35:-. Upon arrival at 10am we were told ”no room available and the early check-in is just an option….” The gentleman at the front desk then told that he will give us a call when the rooms are ready and he should do his best to get it ready earlier. He never called and when we at 2pm came back to the hotel, the rooms were ready…. On top of everything they then tried to charge the additional €35:-! We always try to stay in Accor hotel’s and normally the service is very good, but your staff need some education….
