This hotel completely failed us. We booked two connecting rooms and arrived to find they simply ignored our request and forced us into two separate rooms. The staff showed zero willingness to help and clearly didn’t care about the inconvenience they caused. On top of that, the overall quality of the hotel and the rooms is terrible. This is nowhere near 4-star standard. The room is poorly maintained and a lot of things are defective — including the bathroom floor, the sink, the doors and the wardrobe. The elevator looks like a service lift used for groceries or food delivery rather than for guests. Basic amenities are also missing or insufficient: not enough soap, shampoo or shower gel, no slippers, and not even a shower cap. Totally unprofessional, badly maintained, and not worth your money.

It sure looks like there were some major flaws within our reservations department including the check-in procedures. Sorry to also learn that our housekeeping was less than satisfactory. The room was nice, the reception was also nice. Overall everything was grate. If I had to complain about something it would be the fact that through the window, you could easily see into other rooms and vice versa
