Aircon is not working well, very hot Bedsheet is pretty old and not comfortable Overall, the facilities are not ok, quiet old

The hotel lobby was relatively modern, but the rooms were very dated and in desperate need of renovation. The doors were not isolated, so you can hear anything that is happening in the corridors. Smooth check in and check out. Good location.

I traveled alone for 2 days and chose single budget room. Room was small, but clean. Since they don't have AC in the room, a fan was provided. Room was clean and WC came with toiletries and 3 clean towels. Kettle and fridge was not provided, but since I didn't spend much time in my room other than sleeping, it wasn't important to me. Hotel is located near Westbanhof and it's very well connected with other parts of the city. Maria Hilfistrase street is less then 10 minutes away by walk. Reception staff was nice and helpful. They also have a storage room, I came there around 13:00h to leave my stuff since check-in is from 15:00h. If I visit Vienna again, I would reconsider this Hotel again, if I stay for longer, I would definitely look into normal room (not budget option).
