The reception desk staff is overwhelmed with tasks; simple requests, such as invoicing, are often handled incorrectly and take excessive time. Despite long queues at the reception, other staff members appear to ignore the waiting guests, wandering around the reception area as if disregarding the queues. The elevator capacity is far too small for the size of the hotel. The rooms are old and should be refurbished, however, they were clean, so I can add some points to my score.

The rooms were very warm but if opened window it was too noisy.

Unfortunately, our air conditioning system, which happens to be used in most hotels, continues to reach its technical limits and allows individual adjustments within a limited range only.
