All the staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean, quiet and comfortable with plenty of free parking when we stayed in November. Breakfast was very good.

We stayed in the hotel Ibis Sarlat in Sarlat-la-Canéda for five nights. We had planned to stay for four nights, but we liked the hotel so much that we decided to stay longer. This hotel is part of a chain, but it’s definitely the best one I’ve stayed in — and I’ve stayed in a few! What made it truly special were the friendly and helpful ladies who work there. They went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and pleasant. They really deserve to be mentioned. Thank you, Iwona and Noemie for taking such good care of us during our stay. Your Canadian guests will always remember you! It’s also worth mentioning that the town itself is a gem, and the hotel was a perfect hub for exploring the area. The breakfast was excellent as well.

Quiet. Easy access. Excellent breakfast. Good restaurant opposite. Slightly tricky entrance into the top car park with a long car. Easy route south back to the A20.
