Cooling unit in room did not work and it was hottest day and night of the year so far Mattress kept slipping off bed and I kept sliding off bed Breakfast ok but dining room very small and cramped and full Dreadful staircase to access upper floor for older folks - a few of us struggling with it Asked to purchase a bottle of water - was told they don’t sell them Recommended restaurant couldn’t be found and it didn’t have a website
