Easy and flexible booking, arrival without hitch. The room wasn’t easy to find (away from the main building and it was dark (the switch didn’t come on unless the key was in its slot but one couldn’t see that and there were not indications of that so that led to a bit of a blind entry!). Quiet room, clean but very basic (no pen, no kettle, lukewarm water from tap so didn’t have a shower). Thermostat was right for ambient temperature.

Needed a stop over, booked Ibis budget in Cahors, slept well, clean room and very quiet. Staff friendly and accomodating. Good value for money. Cahors is lovely, so I decided to stay another night in Ibis. Would stay again.

We have stayed at this hotel a few times and enjoyed our time there. On this last occasion, Tuesday 22/07/25, we found no hangers for the wardrobe space and had requested extra pillows in advance, by email, and so asked at the main reception for these. After taking a swim, I noticed the shower delivered warm but not hot water. Later, before retiring the water was barely warm despite letting it run. I dressed and went to the reception and reported this to Andre. He advised running more water, however it was now 23:00 and I wished to sleep. He said he would report it to the technicien By the next morning, the water was warm for a few seconds and then was cooler. A VERY disapointing stay.

Très bien situé, calme, propre lits confortables y compris le lit dépliant. Une piscine que nous n'avons pas utilisée mais qui peut se révéler agréable. Le seul bémol est l'exiguïté de la chambre une fois le lit supplémentaire déplié, mais pour une nuit on passe facilement sur ce détail
