Dear Mr. A., Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. I am truly sorry that several aspects of your stay fell short of expectations. I am aware that Uriel (Manager) was in contact with you during your stay. The concerns you raised—ants in the residence, inconsistent dining quality, delays in butler responsiveness, the hot water interruption, and the missed transportation arrangement—are all unacceptable and do not reflect the level of service we strive to provide. I also regret the billing error at checkout, which understandably added to your frustration. Please rest assured that each of these matters is being reviewed with the respective teams to ensure immediate corrective actions are taken. We are reinforcing service standards, response times, and verification processes to prevent these situations from recurring. I appreciate you bringing this to our attention and sincerely regret that your experience did not meet the standards you expected. It is disheartening to hear about the delays you experienced during your check-in and the subsequent wait for your luggage.
