As discussed with the Manager on property - we had ants in our room, our meals at most of the restaurants on the property were sub-par, our butlers were hard to reach and slow to respond, we lost hot water in the showers one evening and one of the butlers never showed up to take us to dinner even though we confirmed the pickup and time via text. He went so far to ask us to walk to the lobby and to get a ride there instead. And at checkout, our bill was wrong with a dinner charge for someone else although the room number and signature was not mine.

Dear Mr. A., Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. I am truly sorry that several aspects of your stay fell short of expectations. I am aware that Uriel (Manager) was in contact with you during your stay. The concerns you raised—ants in the residence, inconsistent dining quality, delays in butler responsiveness, the hot water interruption, and the missed transportation arrangement—are all unacceptable and do not reflect the level of service we strive to provide. I also regret the billing error at checkout, which understandably added to your frustration. Please rest assured that each of these matters is being reviewed with the respective teams to ensure immediate corrective actions are taken. We are reinforcing service standards, response times, and verification processes to prevent these situations from recurring. I appreciate you bringing this to our attention and sincerely regret that your experience did not meet the standards you expected. We booked through Amex Fine Hotels and Resorts. In my opinion, this property does not qualify. Upon being dropped off at the Heritage Place lobby, I sensed something was off. The feeling was underwhelming. After finally checking in, we waited on someone to finally bring us to the room and then waited forever more for our bags. The villa itself is nice. No view. Not close to the beach at all- advertising does not show this on purpose. Our butler never showed up. We returned after dinner and searching for live music at the Rosewood, only to find we had no hot water. I called for help to be told the maintenance staff left at 10PM. The next morning we waited forever for a golf cart to take us to the beach. Had a lovely breakfast. Then went to the pool chairs I had quickly claimed and left items in while we had breakfast. Back in the chairs, I tried to order a drink at 10:30 only to be told now pool or beach service until noon. This is not what vacation is all about. We checked out and moved to the Rosewood where we were more than taken care of. Your service level must improve drastically in order for your hotel to grow.

We have owned unit 1201 for one year. I decided to come by myself for a weekend of golf and relaxation. It felt like another version of home with the friendly staff at reception desk, the cafe, golf course, etc.

Our second time staying at our condo! Always such a delight to stay here. All the staff are so friendly & accommodating. Everything is kept really clean. Enjoy breakfasts at the main pool. Can't wait to come back!
