Book the presidential suite which boasted being on its own island. The room was gorgeous but the parade of boats night and day make you feel like you’re the attraction on an amusement park tour.

The room was terrible, the tap water in the shower bath and sink was brown. There was a small hanging rail and nowhere else to put clothes. The swimming pool had a dirty 'tide mark'. The dive centre was a rip off.

The concerns you described regarding the condition of the room, the water quality, and the cleanliness of the pool are certainly not reflective of the standards we strive to uphold. Could not fault the hotel managers and staff always there to help with a smile
