We recently stayed at the Fairmont Heritage Place with our family including our 16 month old grandson. Vanessa and Augustine were our butlers for the second time. I have to say they were a very big part of us having a wonderful trip. I would like to first start with how wonderful they were with helping us arrange for a crib and high and groceries. Our refrigerator was stocked before we arrived, with all of our requests. Whatever we needed for the room and especially for the baby, they helped us get throughout our stay. All of our restaurant reservations were made through them. We requested many changes throughout our stay and they always helped us out. They were so attentive to all of our needs. Always making our arrangements for us to move within the Mayakoba area, every step of the way. Wether is was with a boat or golf cart it was just perfect. Not only are they amazing at their jobs, they do it with such sweetness, grace and big smiles; it was always a pleasure to speak with them. We truly looked forward to seeing them everyday. The baby even asked for Vanessa when we got home to NY. I can't wait to go back and see them again. I have to say they would be a huge part of us coming back to The Fairmont. I can't say enough great things about them. Well done Fairmont on having these 2 on your staff. I would also like to add that all of the staff we encountered were amazing. We especially enjoyed the pool staff. They were so helpful and great at taking care of us. Another shout out to Israel at the bar in Tauro. Fabulous drinks and such a knowledgable bar tender and a sweet man. Another highlight of our trip. One more shout out to Uriel in management. He handled a situation that we encountered in a very professional manor. Thank you to all of you. Can't wait to see you again.

Best massage of my life with Jose!

I had the best massage of my life with Jose! I did Resort Pass and got a 90 minute deep tissue/sports massage and it was absolutely incredible! I come back to Mexico in May and will be back! The facilities were fabulous and the beach setup is incredible. I had my honeymoon at Rosewood Mayakoba and walked down the beach to check it out and there is sever beach erosion now. The Fairmont has a much better beach & 3 small pools on the beach which would be great for kids
