We celebrated our 20 year anniversary with 8 nights at Mayakoba. The service was so consistenly friendly and helpful. We felt so appreciated and well cared for. We would do it again!

My husband and I were only there for a few days, however had a great experience. The staff was super friendly and made the stay that much better. There's no shortage of things to do on the property and I am highly recommending the resort to friends and family.

Everything was great BUT the communication of location of things was TERRIBLE. Not being given a paper map at checkin and being expected to find things on the tiny map on your phone was ridiculous. Got lost several times coming back to the room.the configuration of rooms in the building was not explained. After walking all over the property I wound up at 4404 and didn’t understand I just had to take an elevator down a floor to the room. At the very least I would think you should post hard maps with “you are here” around the property. BTW several people we encountered who were lost on the property also mentioned this to us.

Bad service, unwelcoming check in experience, severely injured on property premises due to lack of appropriate signage where needed, overall worst hotel low value to money compared to other hotels we stayed in in Cancun/Playa Del Carmen

We had a great time at this beautiful property. We were in town for a wedding and extended our stay to enjoy a bit more rest and relaxation. The rooms and facilities were beautiful. The staff and services were outstanding. We even ran into some issues with our bill upon check out and the manager responded to my email promptly and resolved the issue without hesitation. It’s impossible to describe in words how magnificent this area and the resort is. We were impressed at every level of service.
