Stayed for 4 nights in Dec 2025. Beautiful property, as expected for SLS. Adults only pool is huge and has great vibes. Good options for kids, too. Great food and service, especially for an all inclusive. Restaurant booking experience was a bit annoying - you have to do it in person, and they are not particularly accommodating. Some glitches with concierge / room service. Overall, very positive and would visit again.

- really beautiful setting, but it's annoying the pools/hot tubs aren't open later -we had an elite room, which was nice, but had to make requests multiple times of our butler for things to be brought to our room, etc., which was frustrating when we're promised close service -we were supposed to have an included spa service, but then were told there was no available time to schedule it until last minute on our last morning, when it no longer worked. This was frustrating when paying for a higher level room with included perks that we couldn't even use -our butler had pre-scheduled dinner for us, but it would be better to not have Cleo scheduled for a dinner since it's one of the few places also open for dinner

This resort is excellent , from the food to the room , so clean, service is perfect , we will comeback to this resort. a recommendation for me will be to have like a map and restaurants open/closing times are in the resort. but none the less, the place is amazing.
