All workers were very friendly, the food was delicious, drinks were amazing. We felt so comfortable in our nice big king bed and the AC on always.

the employees at SLS were all very kind, helpful and fun. the restaurants were also well staffed + the food was good. The only reason I didnt give a higher score is because my room did not have working internet and also did not get hot water for showers

Overall a good experience, but was pretty unhappy with construction being done in the room above us the last 2 nights. Made it basically impossible to get to sleep and it started around 4a which is unacceptable. We knocked on the ceiling, and no one stopped.

Staff - mostly - are absolutely outstanding. We often find that as Brits we don’t get the same level of service as the Americans, especially for drinks on the poolside and beach, but that was not the case here. Our regular waiter really took care of us and remembered our usual orders. Food is definitely better than the usual all inclusive standards, but don’t expect rosette level. And yes booking is a pain! Only 3 nights in advance and you have to be at the desk early - 9 am - to get the times and restaurants you want. But we managed to get somewhere every night. The Italian was our favourite followed by the Japanese. Was disappointed in the steak house - poor service and found the steaks tough and the sides inconsistent over the 3 times we ate there. The bars are amazing but it’s a shame children are allowed in there until late at night. Good bits; beach is beautiful and clean, the whole hotel is immaculately clean from corridors to rooms to toilet areas. The coffee shop is a must! We would go again so it’s a thumbs up for us
