The property itself is absolutely beautiful—well maintained, great layout, and a truly relaxing atmosphere. Unfortunately, the food and drinks were a huge disappointment and didn’t come close to matching the quality of the resort or the price we paid. The food quality was honestly embarrassing. Most dishes lacked any real flavor, felt poorly prepared, and were far below what you’d expect from an all-inclusive at this price point. The only meal I had that I would call “delicious” was the kabob meal from Cleo. The drinks were just as bad. Overly sweet, clearly made with very cheap alcohol, and almost undrinkable. I actually stopped ordering mixed drinks halfway through our stay because I got tired of wasting time on drinks I couldn’t finish. For what this resort charges, the food and beverage experience should be a highlight—not a regret. It’s a shame, because with better food and drinks, this place could be incredible.

I loved the aesthetics of this hotel, and while it is an all-inclusive, you almost forget it is one because of how it’s organized and the quality of food and beverage outlets. It’s much much more family friendly than I anticipated. My main complaint would be for there to be water more readily available as I felt bad asking pool servers for water all day.

The website and explanation of this places makes you think you’re going to be staying at a luxury resort when in fact the quality is the opposite of luxury. To start, we booked an elite kind rooftop in hopes of a more private stay with extra service including butler and private check in. This was a complete waste of money since the butler was zero help and there was no communication between the staff on anything. The private check in although “easy” wasn’t any easier than just going to the front desk. The room was not thing special, their elite amenities sucked, and the definition of a mini bar was a few sub par drinks and 3 snack items. The private rooftop jacuzzi was the “best” part of the room but took over an hour to fill. Food was stale, drinks were trash, and no one knew what vegan meant. We were expected to have a private elite beach area which was by no means nice or exclusive. Music was non stop techno blasted throughout every inch the hotel. Staff were all very kind, I’ll give them that, but if you’re looking for a relaxing luxury getaway, this is the opposite. I’d rather pay 10x more for a non all inclusive that’s actually of quality than this dump.

The resort is well laid out and built with quality materials and great amenities. The grounds are kept meticulous and the staff was very friendly and courteous. Few restaurants were temporary closed during our stay, but the ones that were open had quality food and drinks. The building does show signs of wear and tear, like chipped tile floors and worn out interiors which looked excessive for a year old resort. It felt like luxury materials were used, but the contractor botched the installation part.
