O had an absolutely wonderful stay at SLS Resort in Cancun these past few days. The staff went out of their way to make myself and everyone who was accompanied feel welcome, and the service was top-notch throughout our trip. My room was spacious, spotless, and offered an incredible view of the ocean. I particularly loved the amenities, especially the well-maintained pool area and the delicious dining options. It was truly a relaxing getaway, and I was would definitely highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a perfect vacation

The only negative was the family style room was located overlooking the end of the marina where workmen were constantly working on boats making a great deal of noise all day; you could not sit out on balcony; I did notify the front desk who said there were no other adjoining rooms available and we needed adjoining rooms as we travelled with an infant and a 2 yr old

We enjoyed our stay, the food, the staff, the adults only pool. The staff was friendly and helpful but we would have liked better communication (maybe via the tv) on entertainment options, restaurant open/closed times, etc. An addition of an evening buffet would be a real bonus.

The resort was nice, but it caters too much to kids and not adults. Me and my wife came there to get away from kids. There were kids sitting at the bar, kids screaming at dinner and breakfast. The only place there was not kids was the adult pool. Very disappointed.
