Second year in a row enjoying SLS because of the MVP Axel helping us out!! We spend most time @ the adult pool bar with our favorite Elena, and zero & Alec @ the bar! Restaurants all are scrumptious, but tops would definitely be Lotus (chef Alexander & Anturo) or Fi’Lia (with service from Eric) for us! & the blueberry crumble dessert @ Cleo. Yeni I kept our room spotless! Can’t wait to book the next trip & eat more pool side ice cream!

We were both excited to arrive at your resort… we r cruisers and this was our first all inclusive. The resort is very nice. The spa was very expensive….the lack of area to go to during the day for airconditioning was nil… especially if you wanted to have a drink… the only place available was Twiggy( a restaurant not a bar) or the swim up bar, and the weather was so hot at the time we were there i thought it was terrible… to get lunch… we basically had to eat outside in the heat with mostly fast food or again at Twiggys and after 2 or 3 luncheons there we didnt want to eat there anymore… your bartenders at the swim up bar were extremely nice if you were tipping if your weren’t not so nice…. We enjoyed the sports for the hockey playoffs but disappointed it opened only at 5 pm… bartender Jose Lous was very very nice and professional. Your restaurants… i will say are nice .. portions perfect but whatever is in the food gave 12 of our 19 guest a very bad stomach… our bar and snacks were never topped up which was a disappointment… and our bar fridge was very warm.. I think that this enough for now but if this is what all inclusive we wont be doing any more,
