we only stayed the night. I was a little disappointed to see the bathroom toilet had some hairs around the seat. we did not complain because we arrived late and just wanted to sleep to catch our early flight.. we will not stay here in the future.

Greeted nicely upon arrival. Breakfast was good. We had an issue with the tV remote but it was taken care of immediately. I recommend this hotel, especially for business.

The room was kept very clean and hotel staff was polite and helpful... until the last day of my week-long stay. On the last day, the only man at the front desk was unfamiliar to me. When I stepped off the elevator and approached the front desk, he was distracted by a phone call. I waited, right in front of him, with my large overloaded luggage rack, for a very long time- but he kept his head down and didn't even look up to apologize for the wait. In the time period while I waited, 13 Uber drivers arrived and then cancelled my rides! They said they weren't allowed to drive up to the hotel lobby for my pickup. However, I had too much luggage! All I wanted was for the desk clerk to call me a taxi, but I left 38 minutes later than scheduled, because he was the only clerk on duty and he was unhelpful, as if I were invisible. Eventually, I became rude and demanded his attention, and I'm embarrassed about that; I'm sure he would remember me.

Rooms were... Well... Okay... Layout and amenities were nice. View of bay and location right next to a Superama, an AMAZING bakery, and Rental Car Center was awesome. Did not like large bloodstain on mattress box spring that was openly and unapologetically visible. Also did not like the stale, mildew smell in the hallway. A pool or hot tub would have been nice too... But for the price... Can’t complain too much!

Hotel had convienent location... opposite a major shopping mall and bus routes to all major locations around the city.supermarket next door and a wonderful coffee shop also adjacent to the Otel. The reception staff were very helpful and friendly. Also housekeeping did a great job. Only negative we the wifi ..kept losing the connection

We were so pleased by the service provided by the staff at this hotel. Even though English was their second language they did their best to assist us. We could not have asked for a better stay, or nicer staff!

A very good hotel indeed. Great room and a great breakfast included. Very handy for Cancun Centro with a National Car Hire office on the premises. The Chedraui supermarket is only just over the road which is great for shopping.

Thank you very much for your nice recommendations about the facilities and services of ibis Cancún Centro. Indeed, we have additional services through our allied as National Rent a Car, and inclusive, we offer a special room and car package in order to ease our business and leisure visits plans. An the rates are really optimal. Next time, ask for your car package, you will not regret! Once again, thank you for choosing ibis Cancun Centro !

I liked the hotel, the room was small but clean, but the bed was a full size bed so if you do not mind a small bed for 2 will be ok. and the bed was hard.. bur liked I told my husband it was clean and cheap and on a great location and the hotel in general was clean and everything and more by the hotel , great location , is not by the beach ,but you can take the bus for just $12 mexican pesos.

A cheap and confortable hotel for those who will spend most of the day out on tours. I recomend it. The room is spacious, it has a safe and a frigobar. The bed is confortable and bathroom is ok. Also, there's a supermarket almost inside the hotel.
