Staff was kind, helpful, friendly, but the rooms were TERRIBLE. they were the same size and shape as a modern day prison cell. No microwaves. Pay extra for a mini fridge. Extremely depressing rooms. Owners squeezed as many rooms as they possibly could in not caring about how the guests would feel. ITS LIKE BEING IN PRISON. DO NOT STAY HERE. Also. Left my room spotless with my glasses on a countertop by themselves clear as day. Staff did not turn them into lost and found. They either threw them away or kept them. Expensive prescription eye glasses I dearly needed gone. Also, location is TERRIBLE. Good luck getting to the beach. And GOOD LUCK GETTING BACK FROM THE BEACH. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT STAY HERE UNLESS YOU LOVE PRISON.

Customer services was defficient, I asked like 3 times to try to solve an issue with TV, Internet is so slow, at my level (floor 6) the internet disconnect every 10 min, it was so annoying.
