My experience was good the employee was very helpful with calling me about my taxi. The room was very clean and my bed was was change each day . The floor and bathroom was also clean each day . I will give the rate for clean a ten . The employee have made a error when clean my room and had put my food in the trash . I complain about that at the main desk . There call a manager and they replace my food . I will love to thank the employee for a job will done . If I can change something about you company I will love a better healthy food choice in the cafeteria . Thank you

The building is very well located but theirs rooms are to small, so smaller that anyone I ever seen

The day after I refused to stay there one day more and went to another hotel

Everything is what I expected, the only negative I have is when I first checked into the room it was extremely hot and it took a long time to cool it down like eight hours. After that it was great

Clean Reception staff helpful with providing contact for covid testing, local sightseeing, taxi etc Good location in downtown, Cancun No hot water in bathroom Communication and language issues with staff - No English speaking staff at reception and restaurant. Poor hospitality in restaurant - staff failed to understand basic things like veg / non-veg, no fish, no meat, no chicken. Language issue. Refused to provide cut fruit when requested and instead told me to cut it by myself with knife. Restaurant remained closed in evening so no option to have dinner. No welcome drink provided and no complimentary late checkout when requested inspite of booking room through silver tier membership.

the overall experience is poorly an ok, the room is extremely small, but let's say we can work with that, the bed sucked, it felt like an old bed, I had another night to spend at cancun and stayed at another hotel and there was a huge difference for the same price. The room is extremely poor.

Ac does not work. I switched rooms but still does not work. The water in the shower gets stuck creating a pool. it's gross. Very dissatisfied. I thought ibis was a good brand and decided to try it in Mexico.

No towels in my room. Called reception. Was advised housekeeping wouldn’t be there until 9am. This was 7am. Cranky lady serving breakfast gave me crap twice about not having my breakfast form filled in. Even though I had it. The receptionist told me I could park my rental car downstairs so I did. Came out the next morning to a warning about it being towed. Apparently there’s two car parks downstairs. He didn’t tell me to use one and not he other

Hotel had convienent location... opposite a major shopping mall and bus routes to all major locations around the city.supermarket next door and a wonderful coffee shop also adjacent to the Otel. The reception staff were very helpful and friendly. Also housekeeping did a great job. Only negative we the wifi ..kept losing the connection

We were so pleased by the service provided by the staff at this hotel. Even though English was their second language they did their best to assist us. We could not have asked for a better stay, or nicer staff!

A very good hotel indeed. Great room and a great breakfast included. Very handy for Cancun Centro with a National Car Hire office on the premises. The Chedraui supermarket is only just over the road which is great for shopping.

Thank you very much for your nice recommendations about the facilities and services of ibis Cancún Centro. Indeed, we have additional services through our allied as National Rent a Car, and inclusive, we offer a special room and car package in order to ease our business and leisure visits plans.
