Small rooms and small beds

This hotel is very basic and honestly very small rooms, the beds are really small and this is very unconfortable for a family of 3 cause is really hard to sleep in a twin xl bed the rooms are smelly (some) i use 3 and 1 smells like rotten and very humid, i will not back to this hotel

Rooms were dirty, towels were dirty with bad smell, we were having two rooms and 1 room was without self and one was without fridge, 1 thing missing in both. safe found already locked and not opened even after request. Hotel and restaurant staff was reluctant to listen any of our request. tiles were coming out in passage. We leave everyday at 6.30 am for tour and asked restaurant to pack breakfast but they skimpily denied. considering all these factor we deserve full refund. I choosed Ibis over nearby Marriott and regret choosing ibis.

Staff at hotel was reluctant to listen any of our request, Dirty rooms, dirty towels with bad smell. not hand tissue in room, we were to leave everyday at 6.30 am for local tour and restaurant denied packing breakfast request. tiles in passage coming out. it was our Worst IBIS experience till date. we deserve full refund for such a bad accommodation.

I can get past no complimentary breakfast or even lack of any amenities. But, the bed should have two sheets since comforters doubtfully get cleaned with every guest change. Also, mattress technology has improved since the 1960’s… just saying. No fridge or coffee pot? A/C struggled almost as much as I did sleeping.

Practice location. Reasonable price for basic hotel.

Our experience was quite basic and efficient. The staff was polite and brought us the assistance we needed. Special kudos to the breakfast team that was particularly welcoming! The bathroom shower seals could be replaced or cleaned properly because it gives the shower a grimy look.
