They burned my points but did not credit them. Such a hassle with the staff. I left and told me to email the loyalty program, why should I deal with your error? Just bad on all terms. The bed was good though.

I booked for a colleague, he arrived and they gave to him the room but at midnight they called to him to confirm he was not the guy, they requested an email to confirm, I personally tried to call to solve the problem I expend 1 hour calling but nobody answered the phone

From check-in to check-out, it was a very smooth, easy experience. Breakfast was good to start a day, and the location is convenient nearby the main road going to the airport and the main beach zone, but having a car will be required to move freely across the main attractions.

The hotel very clean nice but they should offer face towel and iron in the room not outside They have one iron next the elevator every one in that floor they use. We are paying the price please give iron in the room and face towel. Most people stay in that hotel come for business than you have to go out waiting to iron your clothes you might miss the meeting please improve.

I travel for work so I do not spend a lot of time at the hotel. Just to sleep and work while I am there. For the most part it was acceptable except for the wifi connect. The wifi connection was spotty and very slow, which is a necesity since I travel for work.

Your rooms are extremely small, you have no gym, you have no bar, I couldn't even order breakfast...guests have to take the buffet or leave it! When i took the buffet, the food was cold. There are no wash clothes in the bathroom, the TV's are very small and barely work, there is a shortage of electrical outlets, the beds are not soft and when i called to make the reservation, no one could speak English and they either transferred me to another person who could not speak English, or they hung up on me! I talked to 5 people and still could not make a reservation. I had to go online to make the reservation. You sure make it difficult to do business with you!!!
