Had a great Yoga session with Susy, she is perfect instructor on a cloudy morning day for yoga. If you get a chance do it, while you are in Hilton Cancun! Food was great. Get to La Luce, Italian restaurant and Vela the international restaurant. Extremely relaxing vacation with kids. There is something for everybody

Poor service, no A/C, nice location

Nice location but the staff did not want to fix my air conditioner. I called over three times to send someone up to fix the A/C and to fill up the empty bath soap dispenser but no one showed up. Poor service won’t be staying here again.

Nice staffs

The staffs were very nice It has a walmart express in front of it and a "plaza" just 5 min away. You can get to the beach side with bus or taxi in 10-15 min. I would say that for breakfast, the variety of fruit should be better, they only have on the tray for "seasonal fruit" watermelon.
