I booked for a colleague, he arrived and they gave to him the room but at midnight they called to him to confirm he was not the guy, they requested an email to confirm, I personally tried to call to solve the problem I expend 1 hour calling but nobody answered the phone

From check-in to check-out, it was a very smooth, easy experience. Breakfast was good to start a day, and the location is convenient nearby the main road going to the airport and the main beach zone, but having a car will be required to move freely across the main attractions.
