the most bad experience i ever had during my last 25 years of travel

As platinum member and just very short with 90% before Diamond member. Decide his year to took the family to Mama Shelter. It was over 600 Euro per night. I booked since long and I wished that they will care for upgrade. I arrived and I asked for upgrade. Reception they told they have but management need to decide. I asked to talk to the management he was unfriendly and unprofessional. They gave me the room 1130. Very dark room and window looking to garage destroyed door. I asked again for at least better room. Was we dont have. We even decided to have our New year party and paid 500 Euros for the new dinner. It was very bad the table is just behind the bar and the food even disaster. We did submit our complaint. Even restaurant managent was very unprofessional and they dont care. Waiter are kind people. But they cannot do since the management is very bad. I wonder how ACCOR can accpect such hotel. I might consider if I would as active memebr at all in Accor after the worth experience I ever had. It was first time and 100% last time ever Mama Shelter. They dont desrve the name even. I am 50% for the last 20 years traveling per year and I am make sur eto remcommend all my contact to be carful and avoid the Mama Shelter.

Regarding your room upgrade request, I regret that we were unable to provide a higher category at the time of check-in. Unfortunately, there were no available upgrades due to the high occupancy during your stay. I understand how frustrating this must have been, especially given your long-standing relationship with our brand. Concerning your dinner experience, our restaurant features an island bar, and as such, all of our tables are positioned around it. Due to the last-minute booking, we did our best to accommodate your family for the New Year’s Eve dinner. I am also grateful that you took the time to share your feedback about the meal. While your comments on the food surprised me, as the feedback from the other 130 guests was overwhelmingly positive, I understand that your experience was different. This hotel is the equivalent of Marriott Moxys for Accor. If you are below 30 years old and stay only a couple of nights you might enjoy it. I am a Platinum Accor member who booked for a week and I was given the smallest room. Didn't supply replacement soaps on the bathroom. Also no shampoo available. Restaurant is run by youngsters, waiters are not very professional, one of them wanted to do high 5 with me. On breakfast they blast the music loud from 7 AM. Lots of food options for breakfast though, quality stuff.

Great location, very close to Cipri metro station, and warm friendly reception.

I wanted a nice boutique hotel, close to a metro station, with an indoor pool and gym, and on site dining. Mama Shelter Roma ticked all the boxes, and I took advantage of all their amenities. But above all that I would rate the reception from the team at the front desk. They were warm, engaging, and informative - exactly what you would want from the team running a hotel.

I stayed 3 nights in the Mama Shelter. The hotel himself is very goof located and designed. But i've to talk about the service in the restaurant... They called us guest but when you want to book a table at the restaurant, they treat you like a customer from whom one must take one's money... During the breakfeast, 3 times they bothered me to tell that i have to speed because they need the table for the lunch. And one other more time at the restaurant, they non authorised me to seat at the sofa because they reserved this place for groups wich we have never seen of course... A advice for us, treat your guest who are presents at the moment and let us feeling as guest..
