Convenient and central location. Quiet surroundings, pleasant, clean communal area and room. Welcoming and pleasant reception staff. Good continental breakfast. Bar service could be improved!Overall, a very satisfying and enjoyable 3 night stay.

Just one day after making our booking, my wife's medical condition meant we had to change our plans. We requested to shift our reservation to another Ibis in Paris, or to change the date at our current Amiens hotel, but were refused by Ibis staff who were unwilling to make any accomodations to our changed circumstances. I will NEVER stay at an Ibis again, since you clearly do not care about your customers.

The hotel room was nice but lacked air-conditioning. In the current heat wave, that made sleeping very difficult. The reception staff were always eager to assist but I couldn't say the same for the bar staff. The hotel runs a happy hour promotion 4-7pm daily but I never got the advertised happy hour price, it was always more expensive. Basement parking was very reasonable at €15 a day.

There were three of us travelling together. Two of us are wheelchair users. It was great that you could accommodate us. Sometimes we have trouble staying in the same hotel.

Our one night stay in this hotel was extremely pleasant. The hotel is centrally located and within walking distance to all major attractions and the train station. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was comfortable and had an excellent view of the cathedral. The breakfast was very adequate too and enough to send you off feeling satisfied. Overall a great stay and I would definitely come back.

Straightforward, but miscommunication’s regarding Dinner on Sunday evening as we weren’t aware that the restaurant didn’t open which left us trying to find somewhere at the last moment on the evening of the music festival! which we managed but it was difficult!

The room was ok, although a little overdone on "style" rather than practicalities like towel hooks which hold the towels, and parking useful. However we came down to breakfast at 8.15 am to find there was no butter for the bread, no breakfast tea or black tea of any sort, no fruit salad or apple compote (just a cabinet of tired whole apples) and only a few slices of one sort of cheese. We asked for butter and was told we were "too late". That is ridiculous when service was continuing for another 2 hours, how can you eat bread without butter. This was the worst breakfast experience we had in our 3 weeks travelling around France, Switzerland and Germany and, as it was our last day, it really spoilt our holiday memories.

The aim of our company is to make people happy when they are away from home; and we failed in our objective. We have encountered difficulties with our supplier, but we generally deal with this type of situation so that our customers' stay is not impacted by our organizational problems. This was not the case, and I apologize for that. If you should stay in Amiens again, and you decide to trust us, please contact reception directly so that we can make your stay more pleasant. Hotel is very well located, 10 minutes from the Cathedral and very quiet. Staff were all lovely, but unfortunately understaffed at breakfast with one poor guy running himself ragged. Breakfast food not bad, but somewhat spoilt by food and crockery unable to be replenished fast enough. Bedroom comfortable with excellent bathroom, including wonderful shower. All in all a pleasant stay at a good budget hotel, with excellent parking.

Maybe the nicest IBIS i have stayed at... Well located, bed super comfortable, surprisingly quiet, decor is sort of Soviet Apt Block chic but is fine and functional. Again.. I would have expected it to be noisier but dead quiet. Breakfast was functional and par for this sort of hotel. Very convenient to train station and main pedestrian high street. Parking limited but we parked in Amiens 2 Parking next to train station. Very fair pricing and nice/safe garage.
