Every person was helpful & accommodating, especially for a first-time visitor who could only say hello & thank you in Portuguese. The rooftop bar/restaurant was popping! The regular restaurant served me the best cup of coffee I have ever had. I highly recommend Mama Lisboa because ’Mama loves you’ !

Excellent customer services; the staff could not be more helpful, friendly, pleasant and attentive to details. From checking in to checking out it was a flawless experience, and for my anniversary, they surprised me with a little birthday cake 🥰. The rooms are nicely decorated, the bed was great -not hard, not soft- just perfect; noise -if any- was inexistente, and the room had everything I needed to be comfortable. Food was always great, I enjoyed breakfast -great selection- and the the Pizza made in the brick oven. Overall, I will give Mama 5 Starts for location, services, room, food, cleanliness, drinks and the DJ.
