Our stay was lovely. From the moment we got to reception we were glad all thanks to the nice lady at reception ufuma. She was really helpful, calm and professional even when some guests were being so rude.. I commended her on her calm natural approach to resolve the issues. The room was great. Had a nice dinner. Lovely atmosphere. Breakfast was good. Good location.. Great value and clean rooms with enough amenities in room.. Mum was happy chatting with ufuma.. I will definitely recommend all because of ufuma… Tnx

We had a nice quiet stay..If good vibes were a person, it would be Ufuoma no contest. She carries a calm, composed confidence that inspires trust.She communicates clearly, thoughtfully, and with respect for everyone. Her work ethic is strong, and quietly impressive. Ufuoma has a beautiful way of bringing calm into stressful situations.

The hotel is very dated my room wasnt to bad but some of our groups rooms were not good had a small bar and dinning room we had an evening meal included in our package it was a buffet style meal there were limited choice the food was cold and not replenished for agess served on cold plates the staff were young people who didnt seem to have a clue the whole place was not run well at all breckfast was just as bad cold coffee

My partner and I had a very lovely stay at the hotel. Ufuma the lady on reception fragrance so nice, I had to ask her what she was wearing.. she has a very lovely smile and interacts very well with the Guest while waiting for her to check us in.. The customer service from her was great made us feel welcome.. Room was great. The breakfast was good. Quite and lovely hotel. I will definitely recommend just so you can experience the wonderful customer service from the lady Ufuma. When it got to our turn to check in we were chatting and I told her it was our Wed Anniversary and my birthday weekend and instantly she sang happy birthday song for me her voice was 😁😁.
