An overnight stay which was okay. There were no bath towels in the room and the lift was not working properly, but there were no signs or advisories that the lift was not working properly.

Room was tatty with stains on the carpets, stains on the chair, marks all over the walls, shelves hanging off. Room wasn’t well cleaned with dirty mirrors. Noise disturbance all night long meant very little sleep

A comfortable stay within a 10-15 minute drive of the city centre. Pleasant staff. Good sized room but looking a little dated. Stayed 2 nights, rate jumped up and was over £100 more expensive for the second night as there was a concert at the Principality Stadium. Quite blatant price gouging knowing there would be higher demand for that night.
